History

Established in 1993.

Michael E. Knapp earned his J.D. Degree from Willamette University in 1988. He has extensive experience representing clients in civil litigation matters including construction disputes, contract disputes, collections, and business and real property disputes. He represents clients in arbitrations, mediations, state court, federal court, and administrative proceedings.

In 1993, Mr. Knapp established his private practice focusing on legal matters relevant to small businesses including creditors’ rights, contract and construction disputes, organizing corporations and limited liability companies, and general business advice. He has represented both buyers and sellers in various forms of business sale agreements and real property transactions. Mr. Knapp strives to provide clients with the best representation possible by focusing on those critical business areas.
