History
Established in 1976.
Mr. Formal is owned by Ed Honeycutt, III and operates out of a headquarters located in Portland, Oregon.
The first Mr. Formal store opened in Beaverton, Oregon in 1976. The Company continued to expand by opening a few new stores at a time until 1994, when it made the first acquisition of another company.
