I have two dogs. Chulo 7 years old high anxiety and terrified of groomers ! Mary was extremely patient with him. She’s stern but a good stern and even when he freaked out she remained calm. We were able to accomplish a hair cut and bath the works ! Bailey had her first grooming ever she’s 8months and remained calm and awesome through the whole thing. They were patient and detailed her cut well! Will be coming again ! Glad I finally found a regular groomer whose not afraid to show shes boss and realize my dog is a sweetheart when taken good care of ! Thanks Mary and your team !

After reading Mary’s web site, I decided she was the one I wanted grooming my hairy, skittish, 14 year old dog, as well as my sister’s 3 year old dachshund. We are so glad we found Mary!
She allowed us to stay while she groomed our dogs. It is very obvious that she knows what she’s doing and CARES about the dogs.

We have a 2yr old border terrier named Penny that we’ve been taking to Mary ever since she was about 6 months old. We had to go away for a weekend & I had no clue where to take her. Mary came highly recommended from a co-​worker & with very little notice, Mary agreed to board her. When I dropped her off, I was very nervous. She greeted me at the entrance to the garage areas where the kennels were kept & told me which kennel she had picked out for her to make sure she stayed warm. All the kennels were very large & had large plastic «beds» that a dog matress or pad could br put on. She told me that due to Penny’s size & still being a puppy she had a heated pad to put under her bed pad to make sure she stayed warm. When we came back a few days later, Penny was ecstatic to see us, but also kept running back & forth between us & Mary, which told me she a great time. Mary informed me which of the other dogs there that Penny enjoyed playing with & as we left gave me the «knuckle bone» she had taken a liking to while there. We have also had Mary groom her on a couple of occasions as well which she did beautifully! To make a long review short, I would not trust our little terrier to stay with anyone else!

Fabulous Fantastic! Mary knows her stuff! Called today and she got my doodle in TODAY! He was in bad shape and she made him beautiful. She is knowledgable, patient and kind. I will NEVER go back to petsmart. Her cutting area was clean and very peaceful. It was a great experience for myself and my precious doggie! Definitely going back.

Thank you for accommodating me last minute! You guys were life savers! After Wags to Riches canceled on us 30 minutes before our appointment we were left scrambling and you graciously took care of grooming both my dogs on Easter nevertheless! This was crucial as I was flying out to Hawaii the next day and they have very thorough inspections. I also appreciated your travel tips and genuine concern for the well being of my dogs. They even texted to make sure we made it ok the next day! Wonderful service and big hearts! Mahalo!

I have been coming to Bit O Blarney for several years to have my Shih Tzu «Chloe» groomed! Mary cares deeply for the pets she grooms and Chloe always is groomed so beautifully! She loves Mary and is so happy when I pick her up to prance around to show me how adorable she looks! Mary also grooms our Belgian Tervuren Shepard, which is not easy to do, but Mary is like a Dog Whisper, she just knows how to calm Justice down and takes her time so he looks and feels so beautiful when he’s done!
I would highly recommend Bit O’ Blarney and I have, since many of my friend bring their pets to Mary! I’m very happy with Mary!

I thank you so very much for the AMAZING job you did on Cheyenne. She looked like such a rag a muffin before! We’ll be back soon, thanks for your patience with the grumpy old girl too :-)

I brought my dog here after I read her positive website. She said she has 40 years of experience. Really?! How come my dog came out with such an awful groom? His belly was shaved very choppy and jagged areas. His nipples were shaved over, swollen & sore. He’s got a red patch of soreness from I don’t know what! I’m so angry and sad for my poor dog. He even seems traumatized! The day I brought him to her she had multiple dogs waiting & maybe she rushed his groom but that’s no excuse! She can’t say my dog was uncooperative because she told me my dog was so nice & didn’t even need a muzzle. Check out the photos I’ve attached. Think twice before you bring your dog. That was my first time taking my dog there, and my last!

This was my second groomer and tried to bargain somewhere else but we just got what we paid for! So I’m sticking with Bit O’Blarney from now on!!! Her services are well worth the price and she is also very friendly and seems to always be in the greatest mood! Three other groomers made my dog look like it was chewed up by a lawn mower to where she brought back his schnauzer look! Thank You again!
