The owner of this establishment was trying charge for extra ice in my ice coffee. I will never come here again.

Completely inept staff. After reading me back my order via the intercom in the drivethru, they completely botched my order 3 different ways and offered no apology. Why do these donut places have to have you order once at the intercom and again once you get to the window? I don’t understand why they lose or forget your order in the time it takes to drive up to the pickup window. They all seem to be that way. Time to upgrade to modern computers perhaps?

I wish there were more Honey Dew Donuts locations around the North Shore. I think the chain is underrated, and exceeds similar brands like Dunkin’ Donuts. I see they have a series of cheesy ads on television now(my «dew crew” — really? Really?) and it appears that more and more franchises are popping up. I love their flavored coffees. I have only tried one breakfast sandwich and none of the bakery goodies so I’m not a good resource on those items. But the coffee– oh, I have tried every flavor! My favorite flavor is Hawaiian Chocolate Nut. Delicious! They also offer seasonal coffees like Pumpkin Spice and White Snowflake. The staff is great. They always get my order right(which I can’t say for most places) and it’s always done quickly. You’re greeted when you walk into the store, and the drive-thru is top notch. The stores are always clean and well maintained. The prices are similar to most chain coffee shops. It’s the quality of the coffee that is far beyond anything you’ll get in most places. Tastes home brewed; never stale, and always flavorful. So, if you need some caffeine and you don’t want to pay premium prices, give Honey Dew Donuts a chance. You won’t be disappointed, and you’ll save some money!
