I’m very disappointed with this company. I was verbally advised of contract details which were false, this wasn’t by some sales person, this was done by Greg the owner! Now I’m drowning in two alarm companies bills and Greg will do anything possible to make me regret my decision of trusting him and ADT as a company. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve also received emails from his attorney threatening to take me to court over my lack of payment, I’m just barley a week late on my payment, which like I stated before I know how two companies bills, due to Greg’s inability to follow through with his verbal promises. Don’t get fooled by him.

I recently purchased a home downtown and was looking to have a security system put in. A sales rep came to my door. He was very professional and not pushy, which is good because that would have stopped me right there.
I signed the contract and the install was easy and painless. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend.

I originally planned on going through another company, but after their techs no call no showed three separate appointments I had enough. I then called this company on the recommendation of a friend. They showed up the next day right on time and installed everything. I’ve only had the system for about a week, but everything is working great!
