History
Established in 2011.
After working for may years as a reflexologist specializing in maternity care, I answered my calling to work with families during birth and trained in 2011 as a birth doula.
In 2013 I trained with Birthing from Within to enable me to teach childbirth preparation classes.

I am passionate about helping women give birth mindfully and with empowerment through my roles as a certified birth doula through DONA International and a Birthing from Within® Mentor and Doula.
I am also a certified reflexologist through the American Reflexology Certification Board and have specialized in working with clients prenatally and postpartum for the last 8 years and now teach maternity reflexology to other professional reflexologists.
I love spending time with my husband and two gorgeous girls travelling, spending time outdoors and playing board games. I also enjoy yoga, hiking daily with my dog, gardening and reading.
