Great service. Replaced my wife’s touch screen digitizer (outer screen, LCD still worked) on her iPad Air and gave me a discount because I had to wait a little longer than they said they would, as they had another customer arrive about the same time as me and were shorthanded in staff that day.
I had messaged on Facebook & called a couple of other shops months ago (didn’t have the replacement part in stock and said that they would call me when they got the part in… they never did). Those places quoted a slightly cheaper price, but what good is that if they don’t follow through.
Awesome work, looks and works as good as new. Now I can get MY iPad Air back from my wife (she used mine for over a year and a half… that’s how long it’s been since she cracked hers).
I recommend Cellular Zone whole heartedly. They also have a t.v. and wifi if you want to hang out there. Me? I Unilocaled a couple of places (in advance) that were just down the street for some great grub. «Sapore’s Pizza» and «The Shack» are both within about a mile or two. Both are excellent. Unilocal them yourselves!

I had two different devices (iPhone5 and an iPad3) that had cracked screens. Prices are reasonable and service was [relatively] quick. The iPhone5 took less than an hour, but the iPad took a few hours. I also brought my Mom’s iPhone4 here for the same reason. All of the times, they were awesome.

This place is very nice with cheaper prices than many other places in san antonio. I got my iphone 5s glass repaired and I like their work very much.

I have never cracked my phone before. I was skeptical about going to a third party. I was greeted professionally and had all of my questions answered. I dropped my iphone off before lunch and it was ready to be picked up 30 minutes later! It looked great, I was very pleased with the whole process. I will recommend Cellular Zone to all my friends and colleagues.

After I overcame the shame of breaking my iPhone 5c screen, I sucked up my pride (and cut my fingers) to search for a close iPhone crack repair shop. This place lives up to its reviews! I went in on a Wednesday at 5:45 and they were able to fix my phone like new in 15 minutes while I watched Netflix. Bonus, they give a 90 day warranty! Hopefully I never break my screen again, but I will definitely recommend Cellular Zone to anyone who does.

These guys are great! They are professional, fast, knowledgeable, attentive, and as far as I am concerned, reasonably priced. Plus they are open on Sunday. I had like-​new phone same day. This place is amazing! Not only does my broken screen on my Note III look brand new, but these guys are super nice. Michael at the front desk is so nice, helpful and truthful. Greg in the back is a pro at glass replacement and super fast. Oh, and they are so reasonable and affordable!!!

Got my iPhone fixed in no time! Looks great, fantastic customer service and a really welcoming atmosphere. I would recommend this place to anyone with any phone problems.

Wow! What an outstanding customer experience! Sam and Shane are first rate in handling customers and repairing phones. Highly knowledgeable, efficient, quality work, and definitely responsive. Within 2 minutes on the phone with them I had all the answers and costs and time required for phone repair. Arrived within 10 minutes and immediately Sam greeted and Shane got busy on making the phone whole again. Excellent prices… no kidding… you need to make a stop here for phone repair. Great store, cheap prices. Completely shattered my 5S screen this morning, went to the store around 1 and had it fixed by 3:00

Woke up. phone had fell, glass shattered. Was bummed. check out on Google and Unilocal and this store had good reviews. Took my S4 in when they opened. Glass with tempered glass shieled installed flawlessly in less than two hours for an excellent price!!! These guys ultra legit… totally trusted.

I needed to replace the screen on my iphone 5. I was debating wether to pay my deductible ($ 150) to get a completely new phone or just try and get the screen replaced. I was second guessing it because I got my MacBook stolen and I didn’t back my phone up. I didn’t want to lose all the videos and pictures I have of my kids. (iCloud was full as well)
So I get my screen replaced with these guys and I’m very happy with the work. A week later my phone starts flickering, I couldn’t slide up and open my camera or turn on my flashlight. Every time I would open my camera my screen would go black and restart itself again. I took my phone back since I had a 30 day guarantee. I told them what was going on. They were super busy and they told me it would be 2 hours. I call 2 hours later, give them my name, and they put me on hold. Then they ask what phone I had (put on hold again) finally they asked what was wrong with my phone. I could go on and on and on but the point I want to get across is that these guys are not organized. I’m not sure how long they’ve been in business but they lack in a ton of areas. I got to see with my eyes and listen with my own 2 ears how some customers felt unsure and didn’t feel like they were a priority. Their people skills stink. Another thing that bothered me and made me unsure was that they give you no receipt. Nothing. Zero. NADA! When people get a receipt it makes them feel secure about their purchase. There’s a date on a receipt. They can use it as proof if need be. I would blame all of these areas they lack in on maybe they’re just «new to the business» but honestly allot of that is just plain common sense. If you have insurance on your phone you’re better off paying the deductible and getting a brand new one. The price difference would’ve been like $ 50 for me. I paid $ 109 to replace my screen with these guys. I don’t live close to them. I still haven’t had my phone completely fixed yet. I will need to go back for what would be my 3^rd time. If my screen were to ever break again I will never go back with them or anyone else to replace my screen. I will just pay my deductible and get a new phone.
