BEWARE just got ripped off by this place charged me $ 15 more than they said they would then did a terrible job on my poodles! didnt pluck their ears or trim toe nails! when i complained they did not care they already had my cash!!! good luck! so I’m never coming back here again!!!

The check in process was very unprofessional and I thought oh man this is not starting off well. Picked up my Persian and her black coat was flakey when I questioned this, they said oh she must have a skin condition. My cat does NOT have any skin conditions WTH! Her coat smelled like cigarettes! The groomer had taken cigarette brakes I guess and «bathed» my cat in between. The smell was disgusting and they wouldn’t re-​bathe her after I complained because they said they had done a full Grooming already and it was end of the day so I would have to bring her back next day for a DISCOUNTED price to re-​bathe her. I couldn’t believe it!
Her nails weren’t trimmed. I noticed when I got into the car, I walked back in angry!
This time, the groomer took my cat back for a «quick» nail trim all while giving me frustrating sighs and attitude as if it were my fault for «inconveniencing» her.
Horrible place

I went into Le Paws the late afternoon on 9÷12÷15, for the first time after just moving here, and was so grateful for the three ladies there who trimmed the nails of my big, bratty pit bull. It took all three of them because he was being so difficult. I really appreciate their persistence and professionalism. Also, the price was good and comparable to other places we’ve been.

My little Yorkie is a bit of a handful but Le Paws always does an excellent job on him. After having some horrible experiences elsewhere finding this place was a blessing. Another added bonus is the excellent prices, I never walk out spending more than $ 50.

I am always happy with them!!! They are super professional and they always get it right!!! They love my dogs and my dogs love them!!! I’ve been going for over 4 years!!!

I should have taken the advice from the first person to write a review.
#1 this place is VERY expensive. Over sixty bucks for a shave down (no fancy shmancy anything).
#2 Our small dog got most uneven hair cut with so many gouges and grooves all over his body.
#3 When out dog got home, he ran for the water bowl.
Wow. It is really sad to see that a pet groomer let this be his/​her finished product.
I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Not sure if I’ll be taking my dog back. The first time I went they quoted me 45 and was charged 56 upon pick up. Second time I was quoted 45 and paid 60. The place is dirty and has a smoke smell that lingers. Also my dog seems to be really excited to get out when I pick her up. So
That makes me wonder what they do from the time I drop her off at 9am till the time I pick her up at 5pm. By the way they take the entire day to groom them which can be inconvenient.

My spouse and I have three terriers of different sizes, and we’ve taken them to four of five groomers in San Antonio. Most recently we were very disappointed with the job done by the owner of a shop near us, so we decided to try Le Paws on a friend’s recommendation.
After the grooming, our three dogs — a yorkie, a soft-​coated wheaten and an Airedale — never looked better. The bottom line: Le Paws did the best job of any shop we’ve been to, and they were no more expensive than anybody else.
The woman who greeted us when we dropped the dogs off was welcoming and seemed to know her stuff.
We’ll definitely go back.

second time taking my little one here. first time I was in love with the puppy cut he got, but a bit disappointed with the clustery smell of smoke all over the place… I understand human habits but professionalism should come first! Recently I decided to give them a second chance and I feel a lot more comfortable there, the atmosphere is great, the service is splendid, my dog was a complete mess (Im talking super tangled and dirt mixed with anxiety against strangers) and they returned him looking AMAZING and he seemed very relaxed… with a little cute bandana and some cookies =)
Their prices are very reasonable.
Will be back.
