While I love a lot of Kendra Scotts jewelry one thing that doesn’t match is the service at this location. On multiple occasions I have been given some major attitude from the employees. To be exact the first time I ever came in I asked a question about one of the necklaces in the back by the jewelry bar, and the answer was«obviously». I didn’t buy anything that visit. I did visit this store again last weekend and the experience was okay. After being in the store for at least 15 minutes one of the sales associates finally greeted me and asked me if I had any questions. I was looking for a particular necklace and she was kind enough to point it out and show me all the colors it came in. Again, when I was checking out a different associate rung up my purchase. She seemed rushed and didn’t smile or thank me at all. I just think for the price point the staff is underwhelming. I would much rather shop for KS jewelry at Nordstrom, because the service is consistent and courteous. Unfortunately they don’t have the same inventory and wide variety as the KS boutique.

I’ve been to this Kendra Scott a few times. In the beginning the service was somewhat lacking especially when they expect huge crowds. However on a Friday evening that changed. There was of a less crowd and more employees attending to us like giving us information on sales or when a certain kind of jewelry piece is coming in. They were very friendly and helpful. Although I walked out with nothing(sad face) I do plan on coming back because I love their jewelry so much!

I bought my wife two pieces of jewelry from this store as Christmas presents. At no time during the checkout process did the sales associate mention their ridiculous policy of no refunds and only store credit in the event the gift does not work out. I understand why she didn’t mention the policy because if she had, I would have left the store without making a purchase. What store other than a mall kiosk selling junk has a policy of all sales final with your only recourse being an in store credit? This is absurd and should be fully disclosed at the time of purchase so I have the option of taking my money elsewhere to a store with a reasonable refund policy. When I went to return the items, I was told the policy is printed on the receipt. Yeah, the receipt I’m given after the purchase is already made. Clearly I wasn’t purchasing women’s jewelry for myself so it should be obvious there is a chance my gifts wouldn’t work out and I would want to return them. Anyone want to buy a gift card?

Although Kendra Scott is my favorite jewelry designer, the customer service at this store leaves a lot to be desired. I have been a fan of the jeweler since she first came out in a few small women’s boutiques. Now, there are independent Kendra Scott stores with Color Bars, where a customer can design their own jewelry, picking out a setting and colors. Great concept! As for my experience in the store, I was in there for 10 mins, never greeted or offered help, until I hunted someone down. I would understand if the store was busy, but there were 6 employees on the floor without customers. The last thing a customer wants is to go in and be ignored. I came in to buy jewelry that I planned to wear that day. I think I will just stick to my online orders going forward.

Kassie went out of her way to help me choose a gift for my friends birthday and was so patient while I tried on multiple necklace/charm combinations for myself. When I was about to leave I asked her about a damaged bracelet I had to see if there was anything that could be done to repair it. Kassie went out of her way to locate a replacement bracelet and return mine and have the new one shipped to me. All at no cost or inconvenience to me. I appreciate her kindness and excellent customer service and will definitely return! Thanks so much!

Went in ready to purchase a necklace. After telling a sales associate what I was looking for I got pointed to a direction of the store while she flirted with some guy that was in ten store(assuming her bf.) I left and decided to order online…
