We went for a birthday party that had a private group lesson. It was so much fun, so well organized, and I would highly recommend it for a girls night out.

Every woman should take a pole dance class at SSM. The classes are not only fun, they also help you get in touch with your body. There are no judgements, no preconceived «way» a pole dancer should look, women of all body types attend classes. Attend a class and you’ll see what I mean. Oh, and it’s a great workout and a great way to burn calories! Everyone is very nice, you will feel welcomed. Great way to improve your body image!

I had such a blast. This is my second time going and this time I had two of my good friends join me.
Amanda (instructor for this class) is amazing. She teaches you proper techniques to make the body feel better through stretches/​posture and she also help you learn how to relax & meditate. Only $ 10 bucks. Please try everyone. This is a great workout that strengthens EVERY part of your body. NAMASTE.

Soft sensuous moves is an amazing little studio. I started a pole dancing class with Elekktra back in September! She such an amazing instructor and very patient. I love her and love going there to take her classes! Highly recommended for a fun and sexy exercise plus a way to boost your confidence!

Booked a bachelorette party for 8 women this past weekend. Our instructor was professional, confident & FUN! Every single one of us, all shapes & sizes learned the dance moves and had a great time. SSM had everything set up to make our party a success. I would highly recommend!

I can’t rave enough about how much I love this place! As a more conservative person, I’ve only enrolled in the Zumba with Xena class.
Ladies, this studio has been amazing. Really, I can’t even say how awesome it is working out here. The Zumba class is at the beginner level and Debbie will modify the exercises to your comfort level. But don’t be fooled! YOU WILL GET A WORKOUT! I leave her class every week covered in sweat. Debbie’s class is definitely a workout and isn’t like other Zumba classes you may have tried.
I was looking for a women’s only class near my home, and I stumbled onto SSM. For $ 5/​class I figured I had nothing to lose. I get way more value from this class than what I’ve paid for it. The instructor Debbie is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. I had never done Zumba before and she’s made me very comfortable exercising in a group setting. The camaraderie and fun in this class has been a huge confidence boost!
I know a lot of people may be nervous about coming to a pole dancing studio, even for non-​pole classes. The studio is immaculately clean and well-​kept in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. I’ve never, ever felt uncomfortable at SSM, even as a more reserved person who would never try the pole.
Even if you aren’t sure if it’s a fit for you, try one of the low-​level classes. You have nothing to lose. :)

I have taken the Art of Strip class and it was a lot of fun! Took the class with 2 of my girlfriends and learned some new moves and ways to improve some of my current moves. They teach you a choreography throughout the weeks incorporating different clothing pieces. I also liked that they give you a document with all the directions written out. This class really did more than just teach you some cool chair/​lap dance moves, it helped me with my confidence and owning it! Another plus is the great music, awesome instructor, and the other lovely ladies you meet in the class.
I’ve also taken pole lessons here from level 1 – 7 and it was Awesome! The class had women of all sizes and it wasn’t as hard as it looks… but then it became as hard as it looked once you got up in the levels. I’m planning on going back to continue my pole lessons, it’s so much fun and I miss it! I never had a chance to try any of the other classes, but I am sure they are great! I did attend some of the parties that they throw, such as Goddess Night Out and you get to hang out with all the other lovely ladies who attend SSM’s classes. They also do workshops with well known Pole Athletes, which I think is great! If you’ve always wanted to try Pole lessons, this is the place to go!

i came here for a bachelorette party and it was so much FUN!!! I was a little nervous at first since I haven’t done anything like this before but their website is super helpful and answered a lot of my questions. Also, I got lost on the way there — make sure you go to the location on San Pedro in the shopping center with Sawasdee Thai Restaurant (google maps has their old location). Since I went with a private party it was just our group — but our teacher Elekktra was awesome! So sweet and enthusiastic. She made our group feel very comfortable and even had prizes for us at the end! The first part of the party we learned a floor and chair routine, complete with props. After that we had time for a little break — you’re allowed to bring your own snacks and drinks, which was super nice! Next we continued our lessons in the pole room and learned basic moves for beginners. Tip — wear shorts! I was wearing leggings and had trouble doing some of the moves. At the end Elekktra also showed us one of the routines she teaches her advanced class. I am now the proud owner of a certificate that says «To a fabulous, sexy, hot as hell party girl!» haha. I learned a lot and left the party feeling great! If you are looking for unique ideas for a bachelorette party or just a fun time with your girls please check this place out! I had a great experience!

Definitely the best studio in town to get in shape and feel good about yourself. Pole work has made me stronger, more flexible and more confident. The instructors are patient and very knowledgeable. Best of all, you will have loads of fun!

When you love fitness you are always looking for ways to challenge yourself and find a new workout… Soft sensuous moves offers a fun, energetic and motivating answer to your desire for something new, challenging and exciting.!! I can work on flexibility and strength in sensual pilates, or maybe just something new like art of strip to get my hips moving and ignite my love life (bonus exercise). Have you always wanted to try belly dancing or burlesque… well those are both classes that have been taught here as well. and I loved the variety of routines taught each week.
But it seems like SSM is really been more known for their pole classes because they fit women of all body types. Maybe you just wanna tease and play with some floor work and sexy push ups, maybe you want to just spin like a little girl on the park, or maybe you want to compete in local and national pole competitions. Whatever you want, they can help you achieve your goal! I just love to hang upside down!
The instructors are certified and all offer something a little different while you get the opportunity to meet a new group of friends just wanting a little something new like you. We all support each other as we challenge ourselves to the next level.
The other fun part of SSM is the Bachelorette and birthday parties. I have had parties here and they are amazing from the minute we walked in until the minute we left. Where else can your girlfriends have a drink, learn strip routines and swing on a pole all in a safe comfortable place… with a disco ball. ;)
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!!

It’s been a little over a year, and I still love it here. Since my last review, a number of classes have been added including yoga, pilates, strength, dance. There’s always a class for almost every day of the week to kick your butt into shape. It’s almost a full-​fledged fitness studio instead of strictly a pole studio.
I wonder if the owner saw my review, cause she has lowered some class prices and since added plans for attending multiple classes. (yay!) The more you attend — the lower the price.
I still recommend SSM without a doubt.
