I live out of town and dropped my prescription off to this Walgreens to be filled. I had surgery at 8am in the morning and having these meds was imperative. Around 12:30pm, I dropped the scripts off and was told it would take an hour and a half. Ok, no problem. I wasn’t feeling well and decided to go back to my hotel and wait. It is now 7:45pm and I’ve been at the pharmacy for nearly an hour arguing with Jenny, a red head with glasses, and a nose ring, who has refused to fill my prescription. Apparently the nurse didn’t initial on one of them. Okay fine. Jenny agreed to fill my other one. After sitting there for awhile, she comes back and says«you know, we can’t read the handwriting so we won’t be filling any of your prescriptions.» EXCUSEME? So I have to get on the phone with my nurse(another 20 minutes goes by) and have her call up there. Jenny decides to take the stick out of her a**, I’m guessing because she can’t continue to refuse to do her job once everything was called in, and now, over an hour later I have my meds and I’m pissed off. Not only was this… lady(about as nice as I can put it) rude, there was no communication. Someone from the pharmacy could have called and told me they were having a problem but they didn’t. Jenny’s knit picking was very unprofessional and flat out rude. I hope you or one of your loved ones NEVER has to deal with a douche pharmacist like yourself. Thank God my Walgreens pharmacy back at home isn’t filled with people like you.

I’ve been going to this store since it opened and never had a problem. Im always greeted with a smile. I love that on occasions they have really good sales on kids toys that I hurry and purchase for the kids and grands for next Christmas and birthdays. The savings card is a must.

I recommend avoiding this Walgreen’ s at all cost! The pharmacy staff is not only rude but also incompetent. I witnessed the cashier at the pharmacy desk snatch money out of a young teen’s hand and smack her gum loudly end of April. I was disgusted by this but thought if I used the drive-thru this evening I could avoid the rudeness. Called around 3p to ask when my prescription would be ready. Woman that answered the phone said«After 4-thank you, bye.» I arrived to the drive-thru at 4:50. Guy working took my co-pay pretty quickly. 14 minutes later I received a prescription for a different customer. Sent it back inside. 6 minutes later he asks what was wrong. Tell him that it’s for a different customer. He proceeds to tell me that«Christian must not have told you what to pick up.» I had to then reinforce that I was Christian and in fact a woman. Long story short, the woman earlier never faxed it to the doctor. It’s almost 8 now, no meds, sat in the hot sun for 30 odd minutes and I’m on the 8a flight out of town tomorrow. No apology given or any corrective action given to the woman from earlier, so CVS just earned a new customer.
