Ended up at C&C by happenstance. After scheduling a test-​drive appointment with Boardwalk Chevy and getting the bait-​n-​switch, we walked out. Rather than drive 1−½ hours back home, we decided to see if any other dealers had the car we wanted. Roy had one in stock.
Love the car. Had a great experience purchasing it. No high-​pressure sales tactics. Was disappointed to learn that the vehicle I purchased needed new brakes AND rotors within a couple of weeks because the pads were so worn. This should have been caught and addressed during the dealer inspection. No worries, stuff happens.
I should also mention that Roy did everything he said he would do. It was truly a pleasure purchasing a vehicle from him and I would buy from him again!

We went to C&C Export today to look at a 2007 Mercedes CLK 350. I had called during the week and talked with Roy. When we got there we were greeted by another gentlemen that said the car was down the street being detailed. Roy got there when the car came back and the car was gorgeous and a great price. Roy was super knowledgable and very fair. He is honest and offers his discounted price for the warranty and even parts if needed. We just had to sell the car we bought from this location because there was so much wrong with. We took a big financial loss. We had this car less than two year and didn’t put even 5,000 miles on it. It was in the shop more than out.

If I could rate C&C Export Car Center 100 stars I would. Roy you went above and beyond to make me happy. I can’t thank you enough. It was so scary and difficult for me me to purchase a vehicle especially being a single female I didn’t want to get «ripped» off. I met Roy and I told him what vehicle I was looking for. He was listening to me and his answer was: I can get you the vehicle you are looking for!
He came to my office with a beautiful white 328i, 6 cylinder turbo car for a test drive, he shown me how everything works, I loved the car! It took me one test drive and next day the car was so clean and paperwork was ready. I’m so happy with my purchase and C&C customer service! I like having a good communication with the car dealer in something so important like buying a new vehicle. Yes, Roy, I will bring you coffee for the extra work you did for me :-)

I bought a 2006 BMW z4 from Roy about 2 weeks ago. Service was great. No hidden agenda’s or anything just a straight forward sales process. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Great experience.

I recently bought a Mercedes off of Roy at C&C. I will tell you that what he sold me is QUALITY. The car was like new and very reasonably priced. The dealership VIN check revealed that this car was serviced religiously. Roy knows his cars well and even surprised me when he knew exactly the same problem areas of cars that I know. While this wasn’t a quiz, it was chit chat and not many owners of car lots are this knowledgeable. I will be returning to see Roy in the future when it is time to replace my aging SUV.

My boyfriend has been for looking for an Audi A4 for a month now… We’ve searched through Craigslist and
, after visiting multiple dealers we finally decided to stop by at C & C. Made an appointment to meet with Roy at noon and upon our arrival everything went very smoothly from the test drive and all the way through the delivery of our Audi A4. When Roy submitted my boyfriend’s application for approval, his connections got him approved for the lowest APR possible compared to the other dealers we spent a long time with. He was also considerate with our needs and was able to negotiate a great deal with no haggle at all!
The experience was truly exceptional coming from someone who is currently working in the car business as well. My boyfriend and I highly recommend Roy!

I walked into C&C Export Car Center this afternoon never having met the owner Roy Atie or his brother John. I was in San Carlos the week before for the city’s Home Town Days celebration and happened to see a very nice Audi A5 Cab on Roy & John’s lot. So five days later I find myself walking into C&C’s office and meeting Roy and then John. I liked them both immediately and could sense that they were honest and not pushy at all. Within a half hour we had worked out a deal for me to buy the Audi and put my older Audi on their lot in a consignment arrangement. They have contacts to get my older Audi detailed at very reasonable rates and I will pay for that service once my car sells. They will post the car on AutoTrader at their expense and also use other websites such as Craigslist. Plus their lot is in a prime location on El Camino Real in San Carlos so my old car will get plenty of «free marketing» just because of the locale. Roy quickly got me qualified for financing on the new car, put together all the necessary paperwork, and had the keys to my new Audi in my hands before I knew it. I can highly recommend working with Roy & John for any of your car needs. They are both great guys and knowledgeable about the business. John went over my old Audi with a fine tooth comb and was able to quickly point out things that should be detailed and others that weren’t so critical. I have a friend who lives in San Carlos not too far from C&C Export Car Center. I’m definitely going to let him know about Roy & John, and encourage him to go by to see them the next time he’s in the market for a car or if he’s thinking of selling his. One last thing, I happened to meet Roy’s two sons who are both in high school. Great kids, so you know that’s a reflection of their dad and uncle. To finish, I will say that without question this was the most pleasant car-​buying experience I have ever had.

Roy was exceptional helpful with not only the selection but the financing as well. Great car was sold to us and we couldn’t be happier Not to deal with someone who is not high pressure and actually listens to your needs.

Great Service, Good price. I have purchased a Range Rover Sport 2006 from them and When I had a problem with battery, they offered help. They don’t try to rip you off or sell you car with high pressure sales tactics and call you 100 times a day.
Definitely will come back again.

My husband and I have made 2 purchases in 2014 for cars and this dealership is by far the best in customer service. They stand by their cars. Even after we purchased they told us to call back with any questions and they would help. That’s exactly what they did. No stress of purchasing a car. It’s nice to know people still care and not trying to rip you off. They don’t even do trade ins but did to help us out. They went above and beyond. It was truly a great experience. I would recommend to anyone and purchase again. We purchased a 2008 Land Rover and love it. Your doing yourself a disservice by not contacting them. Thank you guys again for all your help especially around the holidays when you came in to the office for us and even on vacation helped us out. You just don’t get customer service like that anymore. thank you.

I’ve never found a dealership that stands behind their cars more than C&C. Even BMW dealerships don’t provide the type of service I experienced with C&C during and after the purchase. Most dealerships leave you stranded after the signing process which definitely wasn’t the case with my last buy. I love my 650 convertible and was wowed with the inventory. Thanks Roy for all of your help with the process, I would definitely recommend C&C as a trusted dealership that really has an impressive lot. The most difficult part of the process was which one do I want to leave with.
