Business Owner
Skillful hands, creative mind and an outgoing personality has led to the success of Chef Kua. He was trained under a Japanese Chef at Osho for over 10 years. With 20 plus years of experience, Kua has been affiliated with such restaurants as Blowfish and Ritz Carlton. Kua was the co-founder of Naked Fish in the Marina district of SF. After selling Naked Fish, Kua opened Domo in Hayes Valley, SF. To this day, Domo still serve the same menu Kua has created and is one of Michelin’s Bib gourmet restaurants year after year! After moving back from Asia and taking a year break, Seiya Restaurant was born! With Kua’s years of experience and innovative menu, Seiya was just put on the Michelin’s recommended guide 2013!
