Justin Goddard and his brother with 2 Brothers’ did an outstanding job! They were able to remove hard water marks from both sets of shower doors. Additionally, they did a fantastic cleaning job on all my windows and sliding glass doors, screens and thresholds! They were punctual, thorough and professional, as well as very reasonable cost-​wise! I can’t thank 2 Brothers enough!

I have to give 5 stars to Justin for his window cleaning, his punctuality, fitting me in the very next day after my phone call. All in all, it was a great experience. He took the time to do his research of how many windows I possibly had, call me back with an exact quote, and stick to that price. I would definitely use them again.

The guys came on a cloudy morning and when they left the windows looked fine. However, after the sun came out, some of the windows, especially the sliding french doors in the bedroom, had some very visible smear marks. I had to reclean those windows. Admittedly, I’m a perfectionist, but the guys who came last year did a better job and were $ 50.00 cheaper, and they even cleaned the tracks. Unfortunately, I’ve lost their number. The guys were very pleasant, though, and I gave them a tip.

I wish I could rate the actual window services but I unfortunately i cannot because they never kept their part of the deal. I had called and spoke with justin (the owner) and he priced me out over the phone. I told him that I had a duplex that just completed remodeling so there was alot of construction dust. I let him know there were about 15 windows and some were upstairs and some had a little paint and he told me that it would cost $ 150 for everything. Then he also mentioned that they have cleaning services as well so I set that up too. He told me that would cost $ 150 for both units. I was really excited to get things cleaned. And I was thinking everything would be $ 300 and that is pretty fair.
On the day of the appointment the window cleaner showed up (I believe his name was josh) and as soon as he gets there he says there is no way he can do the job for $ 150. I was not there at the time so I called Justin and he starts making accuses as to why the cost is going to have to go up. I drove to our new place to talk to josh and conveniently enough he left without a word. Later I was told that it was a supposed family emergency. So now I was left going back and forth with justin. Now one thing in his favor is that he was always polite and at least seemed to be trying to rectify the situation. While he was trying to figure who could come and clean the windows because he himself was in los Angeles and my duplex is orange cou ty so he could not, I was then left waiting for the housekeeper. She was suppose to show up at 1 and she did not arrive until 3:30. Of course once she got there she also said she could not do the job at the agreed price. So now I am feeling that I am being conned. Unfortunately I was pressed for time and I agreed to pay $ 230 instead of the original $ 150 :(. And then conveniently enough Lorrana (the housekeeper) tells me that her husband can clean windows and he will do it for the $ 150. Again I needed to get the place ready because we had to move in the following day so I agreed. And Lorrana asked that I say nothing to justin since he has his window service and she does not want to lose the referrals he sends her way. I say fine. In all honesty she and her crew did a decent job and I was planning on using them on a regular basis. Her husband came and cleaned the windows and said he would come the next day to finish certain things but once they all were gone they would not come back. I found parts of the windows that had not been cleaned at all and when I tried calling Lorrana it said her number had changed. So my experience with this company along with any services the referred sucked. I thought I had finally found a reliable company that was honest but apparently that does not exist in this day and age. DO NOT USE!

Regarding the window cleaning, some tracks were not cleaned and there were two screens that needed to be fixed and there was no mention about fixing them. Regarding the house cleaning, it is very unprofessional to arrive with a vacuum cleaner that has the canister full to the top already. So, needless to say it was poorly done!

Tyler is very nice. Arrive on time. Hardworking. Great job done. My windows are dirty because of long time no cleaning. Tyler worked hard for almost 5 yours to clean up. Detailed cleaning. Very satisfied. The price is very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Tyler and his team did a great job cleaning my windows and power washing the patio. I would use their services again for sure.

Tyler did a great job on my windows and screens. He was quick and efficient and my house sparkles! I had several screens that needed to be replaced and he had them back the next day.

They did a great job on our windows and screens. It was a 3 man crew and they were in and out in about an hour for our 28 windows. They didn’t have all the supplies to repair my screens, so they took them to their office and installed them the next day (no additional fee). They even wore booties in the house to keep our house clean. They used pads on their ladders to make sure there were no marks left on the walls. They came in at the quoted price and were very polite. I will totally use them again.
