The entire experience was professional from the initial estimate to periodic updates on the status work. When I drove off the property today, I felt like a new car owner. The completed repair work was amazing. This was the obvious result of a great team effort on everyones’ part and a sincere commitment to quality and excellence.

Fix Auto is where I went after someone T-​boned my car. I went through their insurance (farmer’s) which led me here.
The manager guy, Lisa and the mechanics are great. I don’t like the other front desk guy — he needs some service training.
Long story short — car was fixed and looks new again in a week (I expected 2 weeks minimum). They overcommunicate with you everyday, which is good & bad.
Overall, I would come here again, but hope I never have to :)

I recently took my car into FIX Auto and was really impressed with my experience. Andre and his entire staff are extremely friendly, and most importantly is that they are very upfront and honest with the type of work that needs to be done, and the time it will take to do it. I was able to get my car back 3 days sooner than what they had guaranteed, and they made the entire process very simple.
I would highly recommend this body shop to everyone.

I could not ask for better service. My Lexus IS 250 looks new. They quoted 5 days but I needed it sooner, so they got it done in 2. Excellent communication. I would highly recommend Fix Auto for repairs.

I am so impressed with Fix auto not only did they do an amazing job on my black 2014 Chevy Tahoe. It still looks brand new after repairs! But they also called when they said they would and even finished the work one day earlier than expected. Will recommend Fix auto San Clemente to anyone that needs to get body work!

My Mazda CX9 got rear ended and through insurance I was sent to Fix Auto. From the moment I entered the very clean office I was impressed. Everyone I came into contact with was SO incredibly attentive and explained everything. Offered to drive me to the car rental sight as well. They laid out everything they intended to do and even offered to clean my car on the inside (it was horribly dirty from kids). They finished my car in three days, one day sooner than I expected. They also kept in contact throughout the process via text, which was very nice indeed. Thanks Fix Auto for making the car repair the most smooth process!!!

Beach Cities Auto Collision is beyond compare. They were the approved body shop after my rear bumper sustained some damage, and since I don’t deal with this sort of thing ever, I had no idea what to expect. I was overwhelmed by what a positive experience this was, combined with excellent work. The gentlemen I dealt with were so professional every step of the way and their communication regarding the various stages of completion was exemplary.

These guys are true professionals. When I dropped my car off, I was personally introduced to everyone who would be involved in the repair… from the Technician to the owner. The required work was explained thoroughly. I was assigned a Case Manager, who called me every couple days with a status update. The car shows no trace of any damage, and was clean and ready on time. This group clearly puts the customer first!

I brought my new Honda Fit in for a repair after a hit and run– I had a dent/​scratch running from front to back on the drivers side, and my windshield had also cracked. It was a pretty awful situation, but these guys made the process seamless. I made an appointment with them, came in the next day, filled out a few pieces of paperwork, and they had a guy from Enterprise pick me up all within about 10 minutes. My car was done in three or four business days, and they even arranged for someone to come out and replace my windshield on site. I honestly didn’t have to do anything, and they called me with updates whenever anything came up. I felt completely at ease the entire time. The best part– the paint matches perfectly– you can’t even tell there was any damage to begin with. My car looks brand new and I’ve got these guys to thank! Will be recommending this shop to friends in the future.

Auto Shops always get a bad Rap, but I am here to say that the people and service at Beach Cities has been exemplary. They kept me informed every step of the way on my car repair via text and were right on schedule with the repair as promised. I pick up my car. Next Wednesday and will Unilocal Out what a good job was done.

We recently used these guys for my daughter’s car. They did a wonderful job with the auto repairs, which were significant. The follow up and on time delivery were great. Ask for Jeremy and Oscar. They are both awesome! I plan to take my other 2 cars in for touch up work, so I will report back after that experience.

My Cayenne SUV recently got rear ended while on the I5. Based on the Unilocal recommendations, I took my car to BeachCities Auto Collision. I am super happy with their level of workmanship as well as their customer service. My case was handled by Oscar who took the time to explain to me the work that needed to be done.
My car came back from the shop looking better than it did even before the accident because they took the time and effort to really polish the car and make it look good after fixing it. The new bumper blended in perfectly with the paint work even though my car was an 05 model.
My only niggle was that the completion of the work kept getting delayed, but to their credit, they did their best to make things convenient for me by offering drop off and pick up service (which I didn’t use but was nice that it was offered), and provided constant updates on the progress of the work. But for the quality of the work, and the thoroughness of the post repair checks, I was ok with the wait.

Our Sequoia sustained body damage a week before our family was going to take a road trip. Beach Cities Auto Collision was the approved body shop of our insurance company. Oscar was my point of contact and he provided us THE best service I’ve ever had anywhere for anything! He was extremely polite, courteous and attentive to our needs. He told me it would take 7 – 10 working days to fix the damage. I needed my car in 7 days for a family road trip that was planned. He called me every day to let me know what the process was on my car. He said he would do everything he could do to make sure we got our car in time for our trip. And he did! He monitored the work on my car the very last day to make sure it was completed by end of day. To top that off, he went beyond the call of duty by staying late so that I could pick up my car. This gave me a whole day to get the car packed and ready to go.
I was impressed by how nice the shop looked too.

We were sent to Beach Cities by our insurance company so we trusted in the recommendation. Unfortunately, they were not equipped to deal with the damage sustained by our vehicle and ended up causing thousands of dollars worth of additional damages. They actually caused the engine of our brand new SUV to fail to the extent that we are now waiting to have a BRAND NEW engine reinstalled… a two week process, on top of the two weeks they took in destroying the car initially.
At the end of the day, Beach Cities wanted the insurance money, regardless of whether or not they could correctly repair the car. I wouldn’t trust those types of ethics with your vehicle, especially if you are driving children around.

They do great work and really care about the cars. Very personable and professional staff!
