GoWireless – Verizon Wireless Retailer

I wanted to say thank you to Andrew Dolbeare at our local Verizon store. He was of the greatest help to me and my wife. We are 60+ and not into the world of technology (yet). We needed new phones and with the vast array, it was nearly impossible for us to choose.
Thanks to Andrew’s patience and knowledge and ability to communicate with us, we made our decision. I’ll be back. GREAT service, Thanks again, Paul

Came in today lamenting the loss of Marcus. Alexandra (hope I spelled it correctly) was so sweet in attempting to find a way to charge my cell with a broken charging port. Non of the phones in the store (including their personal ones) had the same battery so no luck. She was so sorry that the manager brought in to «fix» the store misguided me and put me through 5 hours of cell phone HELL, when a simple call to Verizon was all that was needed. HE had me go through the insurance which told me was not necessary as the phone was too new who then directed me to the manufacturer who let me know it would take 10 business days to get a phone. I called Best Buy (no they do not have loaners). I called the main Verizon store in Aliso (love them) and they transferred me to South Carolina. I would have saved about 4 ½ hours in time and trouble if the MANAGER had known his *&^%! Something is so very wrong. Get a qualified person to run the store or promote Alexandra (she worked with Marcus) so knows and understands how to be nice to people and how to assist customers! The girls are wonderful at this store!!!

After a couple visits to this location I was very disappointed with their customer service. My phone battery kept dying at a rapid pace and Jessie’s response was go to Apple it’s not our problem. After calling Corporate, whom said my phone is covered, I went back to the store to again explain to him I had insurance through Verizon Wireless. I was told from Corporate to use the companies phone to call back to trouble shoot my phone and «Jessie» practically said no, don’t do that, it’s useless. Instead he tried advertising the new 5 for a large additional cost rather than helping me with my problem. Really?
