I have been going to this 7 – 11 for a few years since it is right next to my house. The people working there usually aren’t very friendly and the last couple times I have been there the experience has been less then professional. I’m not expecting tier 1 service at 7 – 11 but they should have some level of professionalism. I asked for a bag for an item I purchased since I walked there and he just hands me a bag didn’t attempt or offer to place my item in there. The staff in there didn’t look very friendly and will probably head to another 7 – 11 or go to the grocery store.

The guys working here are really awful. No personality and terrible service. Won’t brew fresh coffee when out. Seems like they are always fighting with the customers when I come in. Wish it wasn’t the closest one to my house.

Convenient and close to my apartment. Great when it’s empty for late-​night runs but during the day it’s full of weird people. Employees are slow as well.

The owner, Mustafa, yelled at his wife when she walked in with his kids. Then when I tried to pay for my lotto tickets in cash separately from the Gatorade, Mustafa was not paying attention and slammed a few coins down on the counter for change, obviously still annoyed with his wife. When I asked him to change it, he refused. Horrible customer service and obviously a misogynist. Will never patronize this 7 – 11 again!

Bougie… Hella Bougie.
I used to come here 7+ times a week because it was nearby, and hated coming here every single time. Okay I am in my twenties, and look it. Why do they always think I’m bringing in a fake ID to get cigarettes? Then this bougie clerk had the nerve to say that my driver license was of a woman and not of me. Are you friggin kidding me? If you actually READ my ID, it says ALEXANDER, MALE, and it has my picture on it! Yeah I lost 30 lbs since that picture, but its definitely not a woman and definitely me.
But yeah, I always have stupid problems here. They don’t know english, they don’t have manners, and they always hit on my female counterparts. I would give them a «0» if I could, and would suggest that all woman come with a companion at night.

The closest 7 – 11 to my house, it’s not great but it’s not bad. Here several times a week for various delicious snacks and to say hi to the lovely employees.

The main difference in 7-Eleven’s is the coffee bar. This place isn’t a place that puts a lot of attention to their coffee bar. Especially compared to other 7-​Elevens. Plus they don’t run some of the specials that other 7-​Elevens run. Personally I think the 1 Liter sodas are way over priced but the coffee keeps me coming back. It could use an improvement.
