911 Restoration – San Diego

I highly recommend 911 Restoration-​San Diego in Sorrento Valley!
After having researched other companies to complete my attic clean up, disinfection, and installing new insulation, I chose 911 Restoration after spending quite a bit of time with Ron G. who did a thorough inspection of my home. He carefully explained the job that he recommended which included pictures of my attic and areas of concern, but more importantly spent the time to listen to my particular needs/​concerns (as an asthmatic), educate me about the process, and their approach to my particular situation. Needless to say, I hired 911 to complete the job which was completed on 4÷8÷16.
I was so impressed with Ron G. and his crew who were respectful of me and my home, professional in their approach, thoroughness in completing the job, and cleaned up impeccably. The went above and beyond my expectations! Again, I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I am in need of any of their other services.

Strong recommendation for this company on my attic cleaning and re-​insulation. They called before arriving, they were punctual and cleaned up very carefully after the job. What’s more, they were pleasant during the job — taking a suggestion when it was offered and asking when there were options about how to proceed with the work. They even took photos to show me a hard to see area had been properly insulated. (I also selected 911 after getting bids from other companies.) And all work was done in the time that Ron had estimated. He runs a good company and is very pleasant.

Ron was great to work with. He was professional, upfront, punctual, & motivated for my business. He completed a roof insulation project for me. The job was done fast and clean. I’m happy with the job and plan on working with him again.

Great service in San Diego, Ron showed up on time and did the inspection in the attic, around the house and in the garage, took some photos that he showed us and made recommendations. He gave us clear explanations of what he saw from the results of the inspections, giving good recommendations. Again, great and friendly service!

Imagine the panic when the alarm in your museum filled with priceless artifacts suddenly goes off in the middle of the night. Long story short repairs to the rooftop parking failed and suddenly it was raining inside the museum more than outside. Ceiling tile, light fixtures, all collapsed with water running everywhere. The gift shop flooded and the water was pouring in. Called another well know company and didn’t hear back for over an hour. In the meantime we called 911 and they were there immediately. They assessed the damage, told us what needed to be done and got to work. Our concern was the millions of dollars of rare exhibits that had to be protected. They immediately got to work on containing the water that continued to pour in (for two more days) and cleaning up the mess. They were extremely careful and respectful of the contents of the museum. They ALWAYS asked us to supervise the moving of exhibits, and showed extreme caution and care. The entire crew was polite, courteous, and hard working. Within hours they had most everything cleaned up and were containing the continued flow. Rudy, the manager, updated us on the progress often and held our hand every step of the way. What could have been a very tragic outcome, ended up quite well. I won’t speak to cost, because we didn’t get other estimates and never having gone through this before I have no idea. But I can speak to trustworthiness, ethics, response, and an overall feeling of security that we got when dealing with this company. With several million dollars of exhibits to protect we were more interested in a company that would care for and treat things as they should be treated. This company went above and beyond. I’ll be the first to admit I hope I never have to call these guys again. But if I have a need, you can bet I will call 911 Restoration of San Diego FIRST! Extremely happy with his company! After researching a few others we decided to go with 911 Restoration. The guys are friendly and courteous and professional!
We had this weird smell coming from our vents and knew something wasn’t right. Once it was cleaned I could not believe how much disgusting stuff we had been inhaling all this time! We had new insulation put in and now I can feel a huge difference! My breathing is better, my house is cleaner and all in all I am completely satisfied! Price was reasonable and there were no surprise fees (which I have heard nightmare stories from friends who have utilized other companies) My home was left spotless as well, which really sealed my satisfaction. On time, on budget. No up selling or surprises. They came in and sucked everything out and installed clean, brand new insulation.

After getting few quotes (we always take few) to get our insulation replaced in the attic, we had Ron from 911 Restoration of San Diego in our house to give us a quote.
I have to say that we did get a cheaper offer, but sometimes, you have to follow your feeling…
911 Restoration removed about 100 garbage bags full of our old and filthy insulation, they vacuumed the entire attic using top of the line equipment (I know a thing or two about construction) and installed brand new pink and fluffy insulation.
The best part was when they went above and beyond to clean and vacuum my home, the place was spotless ! You could never tell I had 4 people working in my home the entire day.
They did a great job, they were fast, polite and very professional.
We are very happy we chose 911 Restoration of San Diego to do the job, and to do it right.
We will definitely recommend Ron and his crew.

This is the 2^nd time we used 911 Restoration. The team did a great job for us, I have showed the restoration jobs for all of our neighbors and asked them to check for possible similar construction defects. After everything is done, I bought a chocolate gift basket for 911 Restoration Office to convey my «sweet» appreciation.

911 Restoration was incredible! Gustavo-​project manager came out and gave me a very fair estimate. He didn’t try to up sell me on anything. I decided to try to work with my insurance company and he was patient and understanding… They came in and did an extremely professional job. 911 Restoration are experts at what they do. When I lived in San Diego I used 911 and Salome, Branch Manager is on top of situations. She makes sure all systems are go to get the job done. She is a professional and so friendly. When you are in the midst of a crisis, like serious water damage, she calms the situation and makes you feel comfortable that the technicians will do their job right! I highly recommend 911 Restoration.

I am glad i didn’t see the reviews before i used 911 Restoration because i would probably not use them but i’m glad i did. It seems like some folks below had an experience different then mine but i COULDN’T BE HAPPIER ! ! !
We had a Water Damage issue in our office building and 911 Restoration’s crew was fast on the scene, worked quickly to minimize damage and interference with our work schedule. I have since recommended 911’s services to our Management Company and have witnessed their punctual and high end performance time and time again. On a personal note, i wish every company i deal will have the management skills and demonstrate the level of customer service i have enjoyed going through my experience with Roni & Salome at 911 Restoration. Keep up the good work!

Pros: They got the job done
Cons: Scheduling, returning my phone calls in a timely manner, communication issues with their sub-​contractors.

So I wrote a poor review for this business and it was deleted. Why am I giving them one star? Well, it took them 3 months to do the job that was supposed to take a few weeks. Guys came in without notifying me. I had things stolen from my property. The experience overall was faux-​professional and I could not recommend them.
