Machines may be reasonably priced but all that means nothing when the sink in the (pay for use) bathroom has no handle… But what makes that worse is when the sink in the folding area doesn’t work either… Kinda gross. After reading about how customer service is here, I didn’t bother asking for help or for a refund.

Probably best if you take your clothes down to the river and beat them on a rock!
What a disgusting place! We came here because it had 4 stars. 10 minutes in, we ask how the hell it had 4!
The machines are filthy and most are out of order and by the looks of what’s inside the out of order ones, I’m guessing they’ve been that way a while!
The wash was only 21 minutes for $ 1.75. We thought, ok, maybe this won’t be so bad… famous last words!
6 loads of wash turned into 12 loads in the dryer. Watch the video to see how I had to wring our clothes dry! So that we are not here the entire day waiting for clothes to dry, I had to split everything. What we saved in wash, we spent double in dry!
So after you put the quarters in, most like to wash their hands… not happening here! They have 2 sinks, one for the public and one in the bathroom where you pay a quarter. Neither work! And the bathroom, plumbing seems to have been off for quite a while! So gross!
So after an hour in the dryer (on high but blowing cold air) we left with wet clothes. Lesson learned, leave when you get a bad feeling right in the door!

Maybe not as fancy as some other laundromats but it does the job and they have free wifi. Plus, it’s cheaper to do a 4 load wash…$ 3.75! Most other places ask a dollar more.
What I like about this place is that they are open at 6am, making it easier for early birds like me to get this annoyance out of the way and enjoy the rest of my weekend. If you like to do laundry during later times, you may be running into some issues. Just a forewarning the parking lot is small and hard to go in and out of.
Anyway, if you’re not picky about looks or location, I recommend coming here. The machines are huge and there is wifi to kill time.

Lots of big front loaders so you can wash your comforters, pillows, etc. $ 3.75. Or just do a big load of clothes if you’ve been procrastinating, like me! Place is always clean. Has it’s own parking lot and they open at 6:00 am.

Dear Lord this place was NOT FUN but I got my laundry done and I didn’t lose any socks (thank God.) The seating is NOT comfortable and there is very little of it.

All my clothes from the Fluff and Fold Service came back wrinkled. I used this place since it was very close to my apartment, but it was supposed to be a time saver. I am packing for a cross country move and now all of my clothes look like they’ve been in my trunk for months! I had to spend $ 30 more to throw all 80 pounds in the dryer at my apartment to re-​fold them and get all the wrinkles out. This is just ridiculous. Don’t ever use their Fluff and Fold. I used to use The Washboard on El Cajon but was trying to use somewhere closer… What a foolish time consuming mistake.

This is an ok Laundromat. You have the occasional crazy person but if you go in the mornings it’s not that bad. Fairly clean, the dry cleaning is a little over priced.

Mega washer are the way to go. The place has free wifi and is equipped with all the vending machines you’ll need.

I’ve been to several laundry mats this last year and I can tell you that this one seems to be one of the most maintained. Plenty of working washers and dryers and reasonably priced. Will definitely come back.

Tonight I arrived over 2 hours before close to do a few loads here. I asked the attendant what time they close, and you would have though I asked to see her green card, because she was not going to answer me. So I went about my business and was just finishing folding the last handful of items when she came up to me and rudely asked if I was done. Now I get it, you want to go home, but it was still 20 minutes before the close time posted in big letters on the window and front of the building. So I responded by saying, «almost» then she told me she needed to mop, well good for you, does the 2 sq ft I am standing on have to be the very first spot you mop. I am hustling as fast as I can to get out of there. Not like that dump is where I want to spend a minute longer than I already have to. SO I just grabbed my stuff and ran out the door. Who knows if I got everything or not.
I will NEVER go back to this place. I had just spent nearly 20 bucks there and I don’t need to be treated like I am invading her space.

I was a happy loyal customer here for many years. The owners are very nice. The woman even helped me procure quarters once when the change machine was being finnicky.
They have a parking lot, which is like gold in this area. Yes, there are smokers and a strange «numerologist» once tried to pressure me into giving him $ 90, but it’s a laundromat!
It can be cramped inside when it gets busy. I have been known to do a «drive by» because the parking lot is usually a pretty good indicator of the amt of patrons inside. People love to painstakingly fold their laundry regardless of the lack of space, number of people waiting on dryers and really any logic that I can think of.
They have other services that I was never able to use because the hours are strange and intermittent.
Mostly a much better laundromat than others in the area. However, Get It Clean laundromat is like this places much more clean, bright and efficient sibling.

For laundry mats… this is THE PLACE I go. They have free wi-​fi, clean machines and the staff is helpful. I love!!!

This is my laundromat of choice because the laundry units in my apartment complex are old, horribly inefficient, loud and doesnt seem to get my laundry that clean plus it cost more to operate than the nearest laundromat. My neighbors dont even use it because I see them hauling off their laundry elsewhere.
Today I arrived at approximately 630am and was surprised to see so many people doing laundry. I mean, its not even 7 am yet. I go in and pick my machines and do my business.
I like this place. It has newer machines and the facility is very clean. There is a closer laundromat to me but the machines there looks old and theres this guy by 7 – 11 thats always asking me for change so I avoid that place.
It cost me almost $ 10 to wash 4 blankets and my regular weekly laundry and took me over an hour to finish. I get home, put new sheets on my bed, new pillow covers and make my bed with a freshly washed blanket. I go to the living room to get my basket, come back into my room and the kitty is now in the middle of my bed doing a number 1. I was gone for all of 10 seconds.
Im trying really really hard right now to not throw her out onto the streets. She can piss wherever she wants for all I care.
I rip off the soiled blanket and the soiled bed sheet and toss them into the corner. Back to the laundromat, but not today.

Lots of different size washers to match your laundry specifications, someone is around always on staff, clean. They offer various services — I haven’t tried but I see part-​timers doing the laundry service thing almost every time I’m there, so it must be good. Free soap day one day per week — I usually miss this but I believe the just put a giant box of soap out with a couple scoops and you take what you need.
What’s keeping them from getting the fifth star? In the past few months I’ve gone, a large number of the washers won’t accept quarters. I have to walk up and down the isles with a «test quarter» trying the machines until I can find a combination suitable for my laundry needs.

One day away from enjoying your blissful four day vacation. The only thing thats coming between you and making that flight at 6am on Turkey day is your most hated chore — LAUNDRY!!! Ah how I hate doing it, the mind-​numbing process of separating darks from brights, heavy from lights then measuring and matching a certain detergent for specific group of clothing and just as you turn the nob to start — you realize it’s only the beginning of that dreadful feeling of FOLDING. Arghhh the HORROR!
Right now, I have 2 weeks of laundry that needs to go get done… no I am not dirty… my washer dryer is broken and it took my landlord precisely 2 week to respond back to my request. Of course I called a repair service only to realize they don’t actually provide «SERVICE» per your needs. It’s based on their convenience. Sooo… now I am left with dirty laundry, no clothes to pack and adanm dryer makes noise like its having an orgasm… so I went back to the basic.

so I look, look and look and look through Unilocal pages hoping to find the best one… why? because I have «high standards» even for my dirty clothes and I refuse to settle of decent in the most desperate times. (ahmen Eddie P. — pun intended for extraordinary dessert compliment –smiles-​)

Viking: Sure, we charge $ 1 per pound and $ 2 a pound for comforters and such.

This place is not called «Viking». They used to have a sign up that just said «Coin Laundry», but since their little shopping center has been renovated it’s been renamed something else really generic.
Anyway, this family owned/​run laundrymat is awesome. When I first moved to North Park I visited every coin laundry within a 3 mile radius (by golly are there a lot) and this one really stands out. There is always an attendant on duty, which seems to keep customers more honest. You never get that «don’t leave or your laundry will get stolen» vibe. The prices are excellent; I use the big 3 load washers for $ 2.50. Don’t have much laundry or maybe you have tons? There are also single and 5 load machines, respectively. The place is bright and CLEAN. If its a family member on duty, they’re all super nice. They even put out coffee and donuts sometimes. How aces is that? Free soap day is Thursday, but I’ve never taken advantage so I don’t know the details.
It sucks not having your own washer/​dryer, but since clean clothes are a necessary evil you might as well pick a laundromat that doesn’t make the experience worse. With the exception of one altercation with a feisty folding table monger («Use the other side, I’m going to need this whooole thing»), this place has always done me right.
