I put 2 stars because the work was done. Apparently time in/​out which they charge by is calculated by the GPS on their vehicle and not the actual time put into the job. We were extremely overcharged and the unwillingness of the staff to work with me on the bill was very frustrating. He actually compared Ace Coolers to our Doctor of Physical Therapy clinic as what should be billed for an hour of service. This was very insulting and I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy.

Very knowledgeable heating & cooling company. Cost has been reasonable each time I have used Ace Coolers. I definitely recommend reaching out to this company when needing repairs or installations. Courteous and quick response time. Prepared to do required work.

Great response time. The office and tech were both helpful and polite. The rates are reasonable. Tech accurately assessed the situation and fixed our problem with our fridge. Will be using them again if needed.
