Total rip off! i refrigerator stopped working again after a few years it was repaired by this company. they charged me $ 600 to replace a circuit board. Now, that failed again, the different tech person that I called to repair says they replaced with a mechanical board and they charged me $ 400 for that part! Stay away from this company. Seriously it is a ripped off. I am even thinking to take legal action

Called on this business, as they were a low cost to diagnose a problem with our drier. They were able to come out right away. Stopped in and found the problem in about 10 Min. Needed a new thermostat. Said go ahead, but when I checked on-​line with the part number, found that they had charged me over 3X the actual cost of the part and $ 120 for ½ hour of labor (That included the 10 min diagnosis). Was happy with the outcome, but the whole thing left me with a bad taste in my mouth about the cost. Felt really raked over the coals and over charged.
Beware, ask up-​front for the part cost (And even a part number to get a cost reference via the internet) and have them break out the labor cost ahead of time… I will use someone else next time.

Our refrigerator stopped working. The good news is that these guys were able to come out the same day AND they did repair our refrigerator! Two stars, one for each!
Unfortunately, the repairman was shockingly rude, and I am 99% positive that he charged me for a $ 280 part he didn’t actually use. He showed me a tiny plastic bag for a $ 10 part, and that was the only plastic bag opened and used for parts and I was there the whole time.
I may be partially to blame for this because I didn’t ask him to itemize the repair (including asking him to show me the parts and so on) BEFORE agreeing to it. I’m not sure how much this would have helped considering that he was so mean and intimidating to me afterward, but it might have.
I will never use these guys again.
