Adventuress Luxury Catamaran

I booked a sail around the bay for a bachelorette party of 16 girls. It was such a success! Booking was easy with Heather. She worked with me for weeks on the booking, helping me decide everything from where to sail and for how long to what to serve to what to wear. She put my mind at ease about how rocky the boat would be and about our options if the weather wasn’t great. I was so pleased with the whole experience. The boat was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. She served our group a champagne toast and chocolate strawberries when we were relaxing on the deck. It was heaven! We had the best time! They made sure our food order was prepared and the service was fantastic. We easily hooked up our music and had the best time hanging out. Beautiful boat, fantastic service! Couldn’t ask for a better experience and can’t wait for another occasion to do it again!

This crew & cruise deserve at least 6 on your scale of 5! The owners and crew were there at every step from greeting us at the parking lot gate to helping our guests board their beautifully appointed Adventuress, to our disembarking at the end of a memorable cruise.
Heather was always available, gracious and patient with our numerous phone calls before the cruise, reassuring us about our concerns and the needs of our guests (who ranged from 8 years to 93). And then she and Brock were so helpful in loading all our food on their immaculately clean, beautiful and roomy Catamaran that looks like it was on its maiden voyage.
The cruise was stunning. Cap’n Kenny assured our safety in a clear and informative, yet not dry or boring safety talk, and then set sail right on time so we rounded Point Loma under sail to enjoy an absolutely gorgeous sunset. Then back to enjoy the city lights twinkle on. Beautiful. The combination of crew, Adventuress, and San Diego Bay deserve so many superlatives. Wish I could include all the great thank you notes we received from our guests.

We chartered the Adventuress for a wedding shower last weekend. What a fabulous experience! The catamaran is absolutely beautiful and the staff could not have done a better job for us. We had a 2 hour sunset cruise in the San Diego Harbor. Our guests were blown away. We were able to bring our own food & beverages aboard which saved us a ton of money. The crew passed trays of food & served wine to everyone while we enjoyed ourselves.

I needed to plan a closing dinner for our management offsite. I wanted it to be extra special since it’s our last night in SD. The first Catamaran charter I called wasn’t available on the night we needed. He referred me to the Adventuress and was put in touch with Heather. Thank goodness! It turned out to be thee most perfect closing to our offsite! Beautiful boat (very well maintained), gorgeous sunset, warm summer night and an amazing crew! Captain Ken, Brock and Heather were excellent and really put together such an awesome and enjoyable sunset dinner cruise for 25 people. I highly recommend the Adventuress… hands down!!!

We needed a group outing while in San Diego, looked at a handful of sailboats and catamaran cruises — from the moment Heather picked up the phone to answer some of my questions to the time we all stepped off the boat — hands down one of the best experiences for me as an event planner and an attendee!
The Adventuress is not only beautiful and very well maintained; her staff which includes Captain Ken and Heather is top-​notch. Friendly, knowledgeable — sincerely wants you to have the best experience.
We enjoyed beverages, very tasty hors d’oeuvres and a tour of the San Diego bay for two amazing hours.

It is such a pleasure for me (on behalf of my family) to «brag» about Adventuress Luxury Catamaran. We chartered this beautiful catamaran this past Sunday for a burial at sea. There were about 20 of us, including young kids and there was more than adequate room for us all. Plenty of bean bag chairs, tables and even a couple of cozy on-​board rafts which the kids liked. The craft itself has a pretty smooth ride which was nice for most of our party since many haven’t acquired sea legs yet. This was a morning affair, so we had ordered some pastries and fruit… all of which was delicious. But the biggest compliment was to Captain Ken, Dave and Brock, for their incredible sensitivity and compassion to all of us and treating this burial with such touching reverence. I did most of my pre-​planning with Heather, who answered all of my questions quickly and completely which made the process so easy and stress free.
I would, without hesitation, recommend Adventuress in a heartbeat.

This luxury catamaran deserves more than 5 stars, it truly is beautiful and the service is exceptional. My company hosted an event on this boat and we had an amazing time from the time we walked up to the time we got off.
We were greeted by the owner who and the 2 captains who really provided a very enjoyable evening for us all.
The boat was extremely clean, there was plenty of sitting and standing room, they have very comfy bean bag type of seats, below is a kitchen type of area with a table and cushioned seats and the back of the boat is a nice place to sit if you get chilly.
The food they had for us was delicious, lots of appetizer trays and the drinks were flowing. We sailed around the bay, they stopped so we could get some great photos and catch the gorgeous sunset.
Beautiful boat, fabulous experience, great food, drinks and exceptional service. Thank you!

We celebrated our combined Libra birthdays 40 friends on the Adventuress with and it was amazing. The crew Kenny, Eric and Brock were so much fun and sweet. We did a 3 hour mid day bay cruise, brought and served champagne and sandwiches, played our music and danced on deck. The catamaran is very spacious (4 bathrooms and a full kitchen) with enough space for a larger group. # hours were not enough…
We will do it again, that’s for sure. A new tradition just started.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I just had my 40^th birthday party on the Adventuress and it was amazing! It was more than I could of even hoped for!
The crew made everyone feel welcome, explained things along the trip, made you feel very at home!
The boat itself is just spectacular! Beautiful, spacious and most of all comfortable! People gathered up front on the bean bag chairs, in the back at the tables and inside at the table and everyone was comfortable. More than enough room to move around and not feel like you were on top of each other
Everyone one of my guests said this was the best thing they had ever done! I have to agree and then some!!! Already planning my next trip

We hosted our wedding in San Diego. 90% of our guests traveled in from the east coast, so we wanted to do something extra special for the the wedding party. What’s more San Diego than spending a couple hours on a catamaran sailing San Diego Bay? The Adventuress Catamaran was the perfect vessel (pun intended) to get the pre-​wedding festivities started. EVERYONE had a phenomenal time and the staff was everything you’d want: professional, friendly and the boat was immaculate! My sister and brother in law own a boat, so I feel like I have a little more credibility to say that, after both of them gushed over how beautiful and clean it was.

I am a local photographer who was fortunate enough to land a job photographing a family event aboard the Adventuress. The first thing you noticed is that the boat was immaculate and ready for the guests to board when I arrived an hour early. The crew was wonderful and fun to work with. Captain Ken is very experienced, competent and should the utmost concern for passenger safety as well as enjoyment. The passengers didn’t want for anything as the crew was very attentive throughout the entire evening sail. I would highly recommend this boat and Captain Ken to anyone who is looking for an amazing adventure, a place to entertain family, friends or clients or to host an event.

We had the most fantastic 30^th birthday party for daughter and her friends!!! Capt. Kenny, his wife Heather and mate Brian were terrific, friendly, casual, good music. We took a 2-​hour sunset cruise on the bay. Their boat is gorgeous, and really shows pride of ownership, immaculately clean, I want to live on it! Highly recommended.

Captain Ken, Kes and Brock were so great!!! We had family in from New York for our June 7^th wedding and wanted to do something special for them before hand. Special it was!!! The 2 hour sunset cruise was amazing!!! All of us had such a good time. Ken and the staff were so friendly and accommodating and so very helpful. There was plenty of room on the boat for our group of 23 and we had a blast! Take lots of photos and soak it all in. It was an incredible start to the wedding weekend. Thank you!!! I got married aboard the Adventuress on 11÷7÷13 and I have never experienced better customer service in my entire life. Let me just say that if it weren’t for discovering this sail boat to utilize for my ceremony and reception, there is no way I would have had the same (or comparable) experience elsewhere. Captain Ken was away on vacation during my wedding so the boat was co-​captained by Brock (which we found out right away so there were no surprises and he did an awesome job!).
My fiancé and I met with Brock and Ken a few months prior to the wedding to view the boat before deciding to book. Once we decided to move forward, we signed a contract with Heather which was very easy and straight forward and all prices where what we were quoted. From that day, most of my contact was with Brock. In the months leading to the wedding, I probably text him 20 times with questions on the layout, supplies on the boat, and other general questions. Never once was he unprofessional or short with me (although I probably bugged him). He listened to every word I said on where I wanted things placed (decorations, food, alcohol), how I wanted my music to work day of, and he even provided very helpful directions that made the entire process easier.
The day before the big day we met with Brock to discuss the timeline for the wedding and ceremony and he was very detailed in explaining how the guests would board the boat and be served drinks, when and how I would exit my dressing room, where all the guests would be situated when I walked out, and everything else down to every detail.
My fiancé and I made our own food and brought our own alcoholic beverages which kept cost down but this option of renting the Adventuress for 3 hours for our wedding and ceremony was BY FAR THE BEST OPTION FOR THE MONEY! Not only was the price amazing but we had our ceremony and reception in one location which made things SO EASY. Because we went this route, we didn’t have bridesmaids or groomsmen which made planning a dream.
On the day of the wedding, I was paranoid (like any bride would be) because I wanted things to be perfect but Brock and his team made things run more smoothly then I imagined they could. The ceremony was perfect, the weather was ideal, and the sunset was magical.
If you want a dream wedding with easy planning and awesome customer service, book the adventuress for your big day! I would imagine that any event aboard this boat wouldn’t disappoint.

We just got married on August 30^th and had by far the most beautiful wedding. I wouldn’t have done it any other way. The crew was amazing, the boat was spacious and it was a great time had by all! Ken captained the boat and is laid back and friendly. I had high expectations of my wedding day and this experience blew those right out of the water. It was better than I ever expected. Great idea if you are not willing to spend $$$ on one night and want your guests to have a lasting memory of your wedding night — plus, you don’t have to deal with decorating costs and renting a venue (the venue and reception are on the boat). I know I have guests from that evening who have expressed interest in chartering this same boat again for upcoming events and hope to be able to do the same soon. It was that great of an experience.

Our company went out on the Adventuress last week and we had an amazing time! The crew & captain were very professional and friendly. The catamaran with all the amenities is like being in a 5 star hotel. I cannot rave enough about this tour! I have already booked this tour for another cruise around the harbor in Sept. If you have family and friends here visiting, this is a «must do»

I had an amazing time with my friends for a birthday sail charter! The Captain Ken was a really nice guy and he even let the birthday girl steer the catamaran for a little while. The Captain and crew were very nice and had an amazing spread of food including sandwiches, breads, crackers, cheese, fruit and of course dessert! The really cool thing about the catamaran is that it is very stable and can catch slight breezes. No need worry about getting seasick. We went by the USS Midway, Star of India, Bait Barge which had quite a few sea lions, pelicans, herons and egrets on it. The captain told me that they even do whale watching charters.
I highly recommend the Adventuress Catamaran!

I celebrated my 29^th birthday on The Adventuress with about 18 friends. I had such a FANTASTIC time. The entire experience surpassed my expectations in every way possible. The crew was beyond wonderful, extremely helpful and just a pure joy to be around. Their energy was a great addition to the easy going party atmosphere on the boat. The boat herself is downright beautiful, immaculately clean and cozy. I felt right at home and didn’t want to leave, in fact, I was ready to move in! I had more then one friend say that I should make a cruise on The Adventuress a birthday tradition every year. I certainly plan on chartering the boat again, and cannot recommend this company enough. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to spend the day, or the evening abroad this exceptional vessel.

I rented the Adventuress for a 2-​hr. sunset cruise in the harbor. The weather wasn’t ideal, but the trip absolutely was. The boat is beautiful and in pristine condition. The crew is very capable, friendly and personable. The service was impeccable. I forgot a book on the boat and they made a point to shipping it back to me immediately, at no cost to me.
I could not recommend this beautiful vessel and wonderful crew more strongly. Rent this boat.
