I have enjoyed teaching the next generation how to serve others by offering exceptional work ethics. We run our business off of Proverbs 22:1 — A good name is better than riches and silver. As any business we make money but our priority has always been more about the service. We always try to do more than we get paid for.

I was searching different companies and reviews looking for someone other than Coit to clean my carpets. I asked the person answering the phone what it might cost to clean 4 areas. I made appointment for the following week and went off for a business trip. The next week on the day of the appointment I’d received no e-​mail or phone call reminding me of our appointment so I called them, after all it was a week later. I was told yes we’re on the schedule but they don’t do reminders because their on time and they were, actually 15 mins early! We did the walk through wrote up the contract, determined to pay with a card is an additional cost (minimal) the cost was exactly what I was told! Again, He was prompt, went over everything with me about his service, explained the cost again and completed in a timely manner. There were no hidden charges. He was a pleasure to work with and I recommend him highly. DONE! Thanks Steve!

I had my very large sectional cleaned yesterday by Steve and Chris. They took their time and did not do a sloppy job. My sectional looks brand new and smell great. They arrived on time and pricing was amazing. I called around for pricing and by far Affordable Carpet Cleaning live up to their business name…“affordable”. I call on these hardworking guys twice a year to clean my carpet, they are usually there the very next day.
They don’t give you a time range like «9−5», they say they are coming at a certain time and arrive at that time.
Very professional, thorough and always great results. I wouldn’t have anyone else.

Affordable Clean Carpet has been cleaning the carpets on my condo since before I even moved in 7 years ago. They were reccommended by the people I bought the condo from. From the first time I called them I was extremely happy with the their professionalism, prices, and work. I have never even thought of going with someone else. I am now in a new house and will be renting the condo so I called them in to clean it before renting and they did a fantastic job as usual. I will still be calling them for both the condo in between renters and the new house. This is a family business run with owner’s pride. I cannot say enough good things about the personable way they treat you and the fantastic job they do. I do not hesitate in reccommending them.

I have tried Stanley Steemer, COIT, other larger companies ~ I even tried a discount that was offered in the local newspaper and it was a different local company with very antiquated equipment. Finally, during a web search I found Affordable Carpet cleaning and decided to give them a try. They arrive on time, pleasant, courteous, and do a DAMN good job. Recently, they cleaned my sofas and ottoman and I have had absolutely no issues with this company. They are very reasonably priced, provide a discount because my husband and I are both Active Duty, they are always on time, and always do a good job. Steven & AJ even provide a little advice on how to maintain clean carpet, etc.

Hi everyone,
I had my service done by this company and the owner treated me badly and was very rude. If you ever get service with him make sure your husband or some other man is with you so that he does not take advantage of you by being rude and discourteous. When the owner and his grandson came out to clean my two small bedrooms for 125.00 I still had some small items that I told him that I could move. Small meaning an ottoman and a twin size mattress. He said that over the phone they tell the customers that they will not move a thing but he said since they were light he would move them. Because of perhaps I assumed in the next room over he would move over a small couch chair and I mean this is not the fancy or heavy type that you can raise you feet up on. The owner got upset when after he left I went in the room and found that he did not scoot the chair over and clean under it and in the closet behind it. He was pissed and treated me very mean. I told his grandson your grandpa is upset and he said this is because it happens a lot. I told him what i had assumed earlier and that his grandpa could have said no and I could have moved what I needed to without being treated mean and rudely. I continued acting nicely to him because I needed the job completed the right way. My 21 year old daughter came out and saw the way I was being treated and cried when the jerk left. She said it hurt her to see her mom being treated that way. I thank God He gave me the grace to be a women of God but I tell you if my son was here he would have kicked his you know what. Women be aware, have a good man with you if you call this company. YOU WOULD THINK FOR WHAT HE CHARGES FOR TWO SMALL ROOMS THAT HE COULD HAVE AT LEAST BEEN A NICE PERSON AND NOT COMPLAINED ABOUT COMING BACK TO FINISH THE JOB. I WILL NOT CALL HIM BACK.

These guys just came out to clean my carpet and they where amazing! When i called and and talked to them they where very nice and not pushy on the phone. A plastic syrup bottle dropped from a high cabinet, apparently, hit exactly at the weakest part and sprayed sticky syrup all over my carpet. Gross. Hot water and soap did nothing. Totally sticky… everywhere. I really needed the carpet cleaned.
I’ve never used a carpet cleaning service, I called around, got estimates, asked about the process and what to expect. Affordable Clean Carpet Service were friendly, had remembered that I had called earlier (after I had done some price shopping) and could send a service member out the next day. I was relieved. Everyone else told me they were at least a 7 – 10 day wait.
Day of scheduled service, Affordable Clean Carpet Service even called earlier than my scheduled appointment to ask if I was available, would I like them to come out sooner. Had I been available, I would have taken them up on their offer. I appreciate that they took the time do this.
Kyle, an Affordable Clean Carpet Serviceman came out, assessed the sticky carpet with me, explained what the process would involve and promptly and politely got to work. My original price estimate was honored and I didn’t get any up-​selling or last minute charges. They even steamed the small area of linoleum — which was also super sticky — which I had mentioned during the assessment.
Overall, Kyle and everyone I dealt with were polite, friendly and prompt. I would recommend them and I would not hesitate to call them again.

two thumbs up to affordable carpet cleaning! These guys are amazing! I desperately needed to have my carpet and couches cleaned before my husband came home from deployment to hide all evidence that I had turned our outdoor dogs into indoor dogs. The dogs had done a good number on everything in the house. They did the cleaning while I was at work and by the time I came home the carpets were in mint condition and completely dry!

These guys did a great job. They accommodated my schedule showed up on time (well, he called when he was ten minutes late), and moved my bed to clean under it at no extra charge. The cleaner dude was a really nice guy and I felt comfortable leaving the house in his charge. Bonus: he remembered to let my cats out of the bathroom when he was done! All for a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

Our carpet hadn’t been professionally cleaned in years, and it showed. I had considered a couple different cleaning companies, but went with Affordable since I had used them once before and remembered being happy with the results. They didn’t disappoint this time either — the carpet turned out amazing, like new. They also provided me helpful tips on how to best spot-​clean pet messes. I will definitely call them again for future cleanings.

I needed my carpets cleaned real bad, and my neighbor referred this company. They were very reasonably priced and the customer service was great, from the woman that gave me an instant quote over the phone and scheduled me, to the VERY friendly and professional technician that came to do the cleaning. He also did some re-​tacking and securing of some areas on the stairs that were coming loose.
My carpets turned out great.

I stumbled upon Affordable Clean Carpet Service while searching for the last company I used. Steve was very polite and friendly while searching their database. Not once did he say, «Hey, Why don’t you have us do it!» Instead he said, «I hope that you are able to find the gentlemen that you worked with the last time!» That statement was the definition of integrity to me. I asked him if he could then give me an estimate and I had Steve come to my home the next day. I am so grateful that I picked him to come out. He treated my home as if it were his own.
