I worked as an IRS agent and auditor for 28 years. Since starting my private practice, I have helped clients with all types of IRS tax issues. Due to my extensive background working at the IRS, I can offer a skillset that only someone who worked for the IRS would have. I know both the published IRS codes as well as their internal policies. I keep a connection with their staff (some of them still know me by name) and I am able to negotiate with them like no other. When it comes to filing, my returns are as close to audit-​proof as can be. My clients range from small business owners to large businesses.
