All Seasons Windows & Patios

I gave them a 5 star because ultimately I am satisfied with the Patio cover. We had a few areas of disappointment along the way, which I shared with Frank the sales rep. and he shared with the owner. It was nothing that took away from how beautiful the patio cover came out and how happy we are that is done! Now we can enjoy our outdoor living space in sunny So CA. Lets start from the beginning. We needed a patio cover and called multiple company’s for estimates. I submitted a quote request on line and received a call right away to set up an appt with the rep to come out and meet with us and discuss what we wanted and what they could do. Frank came out and we chatted, he measured and did his thing, Frank was very professional and took his time with us. We started off wanting the Aluma-​wood cover, but ultimately decided to go with the Metals INC, cover that was fully insulated and fully supported with metal. So we don’t get the heat and we can have the lights and fans that we wanted. But what we truly wanted was something that was durable and last, it was our decision to go BIG or go home! there really was no pressure from Frank to make this decision it was ours and we were happy that Frank showed us the option so that we could make the right decision. Metals Inc just happens to be in Buena Park, so Frank also set up a visit to their showroom for us and that allowed to envision what we were going to get and it was awesome. We ultimately signed the contract and away we went.
(I wont get into the details of the disappointments as I stated it was nothing that effected the final outcome of the patio cover.) So the patio cover was installed just in time for Easter, so we got to enjoy it with our family and it is such a wonderful addition to our home. I have read all the reviews on Unilocal and feel sorry for those having issues, but my experience so far has been just fine. The patio is in, we are enjoying it and I do not regret my decision to go with this company and Metals Inc.

Recently had pavers installed on my driveway and a side walk way. Douglas Kidd who was the sales manager for the project took his time at the beginning of the project and even several weeks after completion to make sure I was pleased with the work and there were no issues. As a result I am very satisfied with All Seasons and would recommend Douglas and the company to those that are looking for quality work in this area.

Where do I start with this place? They mean well, but execute poorly. Or they try hard, but still fail to deliver. I could go on.
I had a fairly complicated patio cover I wanted built/​installed. All Season agreed to do the job. Their price was fair. They were reasonably responsive, at the beginning. However, they failed extraordinarily at keeping their own timeline. They also failed exceptionally at customer service.
Let me introduce you to some of the people you might be dealing with…
Larry — majority owner and also the estimator. He generally kept his word, but when something he said would happen didn’t happen, he failed to hold anyone accountable.
Gary — office manager and the scheduler. I think he means well and he’s polite, but he’s pretty hapless. I learned quickly to go around him whenever possible.
Dale — minority owner and also the designer. He actually was the least frustrating to deal with. And his team of installers are pretty genius.
Oscar — minority owner and also roofer. His customer service was pretty atrocious. He often over promised and failed to deliver.
From ordering the wrong parts/​pieces, to not getting phone calls returned, to «a two-​day job» taking about six weeks, I will never do business with them again. However, if you can deal with poor customer service, their price was fair. You make the call.

This review is only for an in home estimate. I have no knowledge on the actual work they do. I had Larry come to the house to give me an estimate and immediately didn’t feel comfortable. He gave me 3 price options and even the budget one was significantly higher then any other quotes we received from higher rated companies. He spent 10 minutes telling me he wasn’t a salesman so commission didn’t matter to him but he was pushier then any other salesman I have dealt with yet and as soon as I told him we weren’t going to be making any decisions today he turned into a different person. He would have never talked to a man the way he talked to me, or maybe he would have. He told me that if I needed to talk it over with my husband then maybe he should be there the next time or to stream line he process to drive to the showroom. I know exactly what I want and how much I want to spend I don’t need to be told you are just a «harmless old man» and talked down to. But when you can’t leave me a quote or brochures or anything to help aid my decision then I am not going out of my way to get that information when the time comes to make a decision. It took me a good 5 minutes to escort him to the door. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my whole life and that was a complete waste of time.

Please note you will find a long winded refute from Larry, but I did plenty of research before posting my review. And Unilocal is the sounding board when there are multiple dissatisfied customers. They are just not a company to get involved with.

Last year during the month of November (2014) we decided to have our back patio enclosed & covered along with the side of our house between the back of the garage & kitchen door covered. We looked up 3 different patio covering businesses & decided to go with All Seasons Windows & Patios because after going into their showroom to see what they have to offer & one of their sales representatives, Larry, coming over to our home, free of charge, & laid out a design plan as to what the patio enclosure & cover would look like, we were thrilled! After all the work was completed in a timely manner, we are so amazed at how it all turned out. It looks so Wonderful & Beautiful! Many special «Thanks» goes out to the whole team that worked on this project!!!

BEWARE! Had them install a patio for me a year ago. Been calling them out ever since to try to get it not to leak. They admit it was installed improperly but will not warranty the product or installation. They say it is not their responsibility and referred me to a manufacturing company I have never heard of and, of course, that company will not respond to my requests for help. So if you want a low-​quality patio with shoddy installation and a fake warranty, this is the company for you.
Below you will probably see another response from Larry who will try to make me look unreasonable. Don’t let him scam you. The facts are these: 1.) They installed my patio. 2.) It leaks profusely. 3.) They cannot fix it. 4.) I’ve been graciously allowing them to try for a YEAR before I complained.

Our 14×36 patio cover was completed last week, and we love it! Larry Hays gave a very thorough presentation which impressed me enough that I signed with no other estimates, something I never do. I was somewhat apprehensive about the negative reviews and I mentioned this to Larry as he was leaving. His answer was very straightforward: basically, there are some customers who are impossible to please, no matter how hard he tried to make it right. Hats off to installers Uly and Omar for the fine job. Uly is a rock star; he came back to correct some minor issues, after I brought them to Gary’s attention, and corrected them. During the construction Uly fixed some minor things that I pointed out, without complaining. Check out the photos of the finished patio.

Last year, I had them install shutters for my home, and since it worked out so well, I returned to
To them And had them install a new Patio cover for my backyard which it desparately needed. The process was quick, simple and satisfying from beginning to end. Now we can get back to the weekend BBQ’s.
From the installers Justin and Matt (which were very cool and on time) to the office manager Jessie to Gary and last but certainly not least the owner, Larry. Everyone that I came in contact were very helpfulful and polite. Thank you very much !!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. My wife and I called a few companies and ASWP was the first to respond — on a weekend! We appreciated Larry and his thorough 10-​minute educational (not sales) presentation. No pressure from him at all. The staff was prompt to keep us up-​to-​date on the different milestones of the project. The installers that came were very professional, great installation work, and they cleaned up the work area after they were done. What was even better was that from signing to install it was about 4 weeks (2 weeks early). Just in time for my Dad’s 90^th birthday party.
We saw that there were a few bad reviews on Unilocal so that was in the back of our minds when we hired them. One just needs to pay attention to the order since there are a lot of options and one can easily remember incorrectly. Larry was very detailed in our contract and was happy to write down extra info so we could remember exactly what we requested.
Even though our project was small (14×17 feet), AWSP paid as much attention to detail that I assume they give larger projects. You won’t go wrong with this company. ASWP goes above and beyond.

We were very pleased with the renovation of our sun room. It took a couple of days to complete the work, but we are quite happy. Oscar and his crew did a great job, with attention to detail. Very conscientious. We would use them again.

I can’t say enough how happy I am with my new windows and patio door. Been wanting to upgrade my old 90’s windows in my condo for awhile now but didn’t know where to go. I knew I needed a professional who had lots of experience. After much research, I stumbled upon All Seasons and the sales manager Larry really showed me what was the best products for my needs. I needed windows that were energy efficient, reduced the heavy noise outside my busy condo, aesthetically appealing, and within my price range. After much discussion, I purchased my windows and they were ready within a couple weeks. The installation day went very smoothly, the installers were professional and respected my property. They also cleaned up all the debris, rehung my old blinds, and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Overall, All Seasons went above and beyond my expectations and I am so happy with my purchase! If you’re looking for competitive prices and professional people with experience I would highly recommend going to All Seasons.
