Allstate Insurance: Lisa Frontis Bentley

Lisa Frontis Bentley is an incredible agent. I have worked with her and the team there at her office on Clairemont Mesa Boulevard for several years. She has always responded quickly to any question I have regarding my policies with her. She has gone beyond simple service by doing research for me into specific coverage and also has worked with my property manager here to resolve issues regarding my professional liability coverage for my business. To have a person take an interest in this way really does sell me because service is everything in a business. Every time I’ve had an interaction with her or her staff, I have been treated with respect, professionalism and genuine sincerity. I would give her 6 or 7 stars of Unilocal permitted.

The team at this office were really nice to me and very helpful. I was very happy with the insurance policy I purchased and I must say, I was very impressed with the amount of time they were willing to spend with me answering my questions, explaining the limits of my policy, etc. I am so glad I selected Allstate and finding Lisa Bentley’s office to be my local agent was icing on the cake! Everyone there, including Lisa were just as nice and natural as can be. I highly recommend this agency. Thank you.

I just wanted to leave a comment here about Lisa.
Lisa started out as my husband’s insurance agent before we got married. She has been our agent now for 10+ years. Although my husband and I have never met Lisa in person, she has always taken care of us. We reside in Northern California and have retained Lisa as our agent throughout the years.
One thing we appreciate about Lisa is that she pro-​actively works behind the scenes with her client’s best interest in mind. She recently helped us lower our auto insurance rate without us asking. She is awesome and we are happy to have her as our Allstate agent!

I can’t believe it took me this long to think about giving Lisa a Unilocal.I started using her dad 20 years ago. He retired shorty after and Lisa has been taking care of me since then. She is so friendly and willing to help. Between her and terry, her assistant I feel like family. I have everything from auto to workers comp for my business through her. I can’t imagine using anyone else. I’m a customer for life.
