After a successful 10 year career as the Sales Manager for another print shop in San Diego, Charlie decided to risk everything and start Any Budget on January 1, 1999. The idea for starting the business was simple. Digital printing technology had all but replaced the analog copy machines of the past, so, why make copies of your documents when you can print them directly on high speed digital laser printers? Whether it’s in full color or simple black & white, digital «copies» are not only crisper, clearer and cleaner, they are easier to handle in the production process. Plus, digital documents can be saved as computer files, so the old days of losing originals are long gone. Success has come from many different places. Known as a digital printing leader in San Diego, Any Budget has also produced materials for organizations as far away as Buffalo, New York, Orlando, Florida, and Dayton, Ohio.

Charlie greets you with a bright-​spirited smile. Both he and Ron are attentive and helpful and they make the things they do look like magic.
While we were waiting for the proof to print, I informed Charlie that I made the mistake of forgetting to tell him to change the order so that it is printed with card stock instead of plain stock paper. Not a second later, he pulls the proof off the printer and it’s printed on cardstock. (It didn’t even look like he physically made any adjustment to anything and voila!) This caused me internal confusion: thinking the proof was printed on the original stock paper was already heavy weighted enough. But no, Ron in the corner overheard my conversation with Charlie and just whipped it out. These guys are with the quickness.
As I waited for the job to complete, I noticed many other patrons came in for assistance and Charlie was very swift in helping. I would definitely come back and encourage others to head here for printing!
I’ll also note, I’ve been to a good share of printing shops and these guys are cheerful about what they do. This really makes the experience waaaaaaaaaay better. Happy I came here.

Was at FedEx down the street for a rush order for work. They apparently like to take advantage of their customers in addition to being slow. Was lucky enough to google Any Budget before I pulled the trigger. In 10 minutes they had me in and out for 150 double sided gloss copies. Looks great, great price, excellent customer service.

The customer service, quality, and pricing rates here are top notch! I had a rush order of flyers that I needed to have printed for an event, which was ready for me within 24 hours. On top of this I wasn’t able to pick up the flyers before the store closed (a day before the event), and the owner personally made accommodations for me grab the flyers after I asked for assistance. It doesn’t get better than this. I’m definitely a fan, and will gladly have the rest of my print jobs done here!

I’ve checked several places to go print a business cards and stuff, and I can tell this guys are better in their business. They have structured web-​site with a varieties of forms to make an order simpler and effective, and it’s look so good.
More than that the price is simply the best. They beat all the competitors by every aspects of their work. If you need to print something — it is this guys only.

This is the absolute BEST place to get any of your printing. My organization ran on the lowest budget and tightest time constraints. I was scrambling to find a place that could work with what I had. These guys know how to run a business. We needed a rush print job for 100 cut flyers and they were able to complete it in one hr, and guided me through their online ordering process. Top Notch printing service with extremely fair rates. The company I work for does a lot of printing, so we often work with places similar to this one. This Business is in a league of their own when it comes to customer service. I recently had to print several booklets. The Unilocal hours said open 24 hours, which I did not understand meant online. I drove there on a thursday round 6pm and the doors were locked. Luckily, Ron was still inside working after hours, opened the door for me and helped me for an hour to make sure I had the best results for the project I needed. From then on, they went above and beyond in all aspects.
Their prices are very fair, the product exceeded expectations, their turn around is fast and their customer service in unmatched.

First, One star for being literally right across the way from our office. Second, Two stars for Charlie being so nice and a good listener.
The last two stars are for the fact that Charlie understands that companies probably already work with another printer. I told Charlie that I have pretty decent prices and he was open to meeting or beating those prices. He’s a straight shooter and I like that. I’d say give him a chance for your printing needs.
