History

Established in 2005.

I began my Spa experience in 1978, as a driver delivering blank Spa shells to the factory where they were prepped for installation. Later I moved into the factory to do the prep work myself, installing plumbing, cutting in jets, adding custom tile etc. I also became an installer, when that opportunity arose, and from that troubleshooting followed. I have owned Aqua Spa and Pool in San Diego since 2005…

Years ago I was about to shut down my spa due to the fact I couldn’t find a good company to maintain it properly. Being a business owner myself I will only work with people that are honest, hard working and punctual. Luckily I was turned on to Duffy. He’s the best at what he does! He exceeds my expectations every time. Dang! I’ve tried on numerous occasions to get him to come work for me and teach my guys about customer service and how to be a professional. Hire Duffy so you can enjoy your spa and let him take care of the rest!

Duffy has been servicing spas for me for at least five years. He has been able to handle every challenge, replacing jets, operating panel, heater, and routine monthly service. When I wanted to buy a new spa, he helped me decide the best one to buy. He charges reasonable rates and he is extremely reliable. If you want someone to keep your spa clean and clear, call Duffy. I live in Point Loma so I know he covers a large area.

A few years back I bought a home that had a spa in the backyard. A couple weeks after I closed escrow and moved in, I opened up the cover as the new homeowner and discovered a disgusting mess growing in my spa. I immediately called Duffy, he came out & not only fixed my spa water but gave me useful tips on maintenance and upkeep between servicing. He is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and responsive.
