This is the first time I’ve dealt with Auto Fashion. I called the day before to schedule an appointment and pricing on alignment for my Subaru, they were more then helpful over the phone giving a time an pricing on the alignment, I went in a day later an the staff at AutoFashion were more then polite an there service was awesome. They aligned my car to the specs that I had requested. AutoFashion eliminated the issues I was having. They were Awesome to deal with an I look forward to giving them more business in the future

I brought my Kia here to get the headlight bulbs changed out to LED ones. The guys who helped me were really knowledgable and helped me pick out the correct light kit for my car. Over the past year I have had no problems with my headlights! They look beautiful while driving and now I can see the road! Thank you so much I will keep recommending you guys to all my friends!

Called expecting a professional business worth their rating on Unilocal.All I have to say is that Freddie has terrible phone etiquette. If I have to ask your name, «which it seemed as if I offended him that I asked.» or you answer the phone to you business as if it was a personal resident, you don’t have the customer in mind.
They may do great work! To bad that due to the Internet and the fact that the custom/​stereo auto industry is so large, it is easy for me to take my money elsewhere.
Freddie, I would have easily waited the two hours that you said it would take for you and your team to look at my car. Though, due to the above, I am now passing on your services.

It’s difficult to look for a reputable shop that understand your needs and the reason behind it.
I took my Sienna to AutoFashion USA and had them install my RSR springs. When I came in, I was greeted immediately by Freddie and gave me the estimated time of completion.
From start to beginning, they were professional and customer oriented. The showroom was was extremely clean and while I was waiting for a ride back to work, several other customers walked in and Freddie gave the same service to them as he gave me.

Freddie is the nicest, most helpful person when it comes to customer service. I met him at a car show and have been doing business with him since. These guys are very dedicated to their work and customer service. Their shop is very clean. I highly suggest this place if you need aftermarket parts or service. These guys know what they’re doin!

Professional Service. Fair price. No pressure sales. Great experience. I had a car stereo and back-​up camera installed. The owners helped me pick the right unit based on my needs and helped me find the best price. Install was quick, easy. When the work was complete, they even gave me a lift back to the shop to pick up my vehicle (as my wife was tending to our young kids). Highly recommend these guys.

I had my M3 in the shop to get my coilovers installed by Autofashion. They took care of me right away and the price was very fair. Actually, the install price was great!
I’m glad to have a shop like this in town where they take care of customer’s vehicles like as if they were their owns. Can’t wait to be back to get more parts from the shop!

My second time coming here and the last time was well over a year ago. The staff is entirely friendly and can answer anything car related! You’ll see the cleanest builds come by here if you’re lucky.
My friend got me Junction Produce missions neck pads for my TSX and a baby pink fusa. I love it and can’t wait to come back for my white tsuna.
This place is nifty, clean and also has a vape shop connected to it. It’s a win win for everyone. Thanks guys for all your help!

These guys have GREAT friendly attitudes, which is HUGE for me when it comes to fixing up my car. If you are into cars, then you will or have run into shops with people that like to talk down to you or act like they know it all. Never the case here. Look at the reviews — Freddie even apologized to some random guy on here for a random mistake that happened. Hey — nobody bats a 1000. But it take a real man to admit a mistake and try to keep their reputation going.
I bought a TON of Junction Produce stuff here for my car, they have the cheapest prices. However, If you custom order stuff from Japan, it will take a little time because to keep the price down, the shipping wont be rushed or anything (unless you specify that and pay that upfront). That kinda bummed me out a little, cuz I did wait a while for 1 particular item, but its all good.
I never got work done here, but they charge something like 75 an hour for small/​straight forward work or flat price per job, which is VERY good for their skill level. I would definitely trust them with my car, they have built a ton of amazing cars. I also asked them about wheel prices — they were competitive with other shops I’ve asked (I’m pretty sure they will price match), and they carry more of the real quality JDM/​VIP wheels then other shops too. Plus they do financing. So Ill probably get wheels /​air suspension through them once its in my budget to do so. Stuff does get pricey in this hobby/​lifestyle.

I was in the area busy with family plans, but looking to escape, so I looked up motorsport shops in the area excited
to check it out based on the prior reviews.
What a complete letdown and a terrible
experience. I do not recommend buying or doing business through them based on a simple transaction they completely dropped the ball on! I can’t imagine leaving my car with them for bigger jobs!
I visited the shop mostly to check out the «showroom» knowing that they didn’t have the part in shop, no big deal– since I called in earlier to inquire. I neglected to ask about the «showroom» which was completely vacant with the exception of a moped thrown up against a wall. Don’t let their phone system when you call fool you into thinking they shop is sophisticated as I did before seeing it first hand.
I could have easily ordered the part directly through the manufacturer, but figured
I would give them business since reviews were positive, fought traffic to visit, and I was already there –unaware of the headache to come.
I paid in cash in full to avoid a credit card fee (huge mistake) on ⁶⁄₃ and was told
part would likely ship in a few days since the manufacturer is local. I never got the part for over 2weeks even after calling the shop several times politely during this period requesting evidence it was even shipped ie, tracking number. I was promised an update by them after providing my email which never happened at all.
I ended up taking charge and calling manufacturer directly on ⁶⁄₁₇ since it was clear I was on my own and feared I’d never receive what I paid for.
The manufacturer said it never shipped because my card bounced. Umm… I paid the shop in cash! The manufactures billing dept had a slip of tongue and confused me as if I was calling on Autofashion’s behalf and said that the reason why part wasn’t shipped was because their card bounced!
I got the manufacture to ship the product that same day after telling them about my transaction and received it in 2days thereafter, with no help from Autofashion whatsoever, almost 3 weeks later!

Made big and small purchases at AutoFashion USA, they are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and go out of their way to answer questions for me.
It’s a very professional store and shop. No run arounds, straight talk and real estimates. It really is a one stop shop that I can get my work done at.
They’ve been in the business for years and have never heard anything negative about them, hat is why I shop and will continue shopping there. Ask for Elroy he knows a LOT!!!

Autofashion is one of the few authorized dealers for Air Runner suspension in California and being that they are local to me made it even more convenient! My only purchase from here is the Air Runner basic kit, which they flawlessly installed for me. Freddie and Elroy are the owners and are very knowledgeable when it comes to anything about cars. If you’re looking for a reputable shop that only sells legitimate car parts, this is the place to go! I will definitely be doing business with them again.

I’ve been dealing with Autofashion for several years. They very knowledgable and professional. Your car won’t leave there shop half done.

AF is a great place to buy your Japanese car merchandise. The prices are actually better than if you were to purchase online. The best about these guys is that they are always interested in what your doing to your ride. I have a 2004 scion xb and I know it’s not the best but they always check out what’s new. They treat you like a friend not a customer.

Great group of guys here! I known this pace for about a year and I go there repeatedly for their expertise. They know their ish, plain and simple! Kind of shock I never wrote a review for them.
I can only speak for the items that I had installed, quad Eisenmann and aerocatch hoodpins, but the quality speaks for themselves. I know, last but more importantly, they are competitive when it comes to pricing!

I’ve dealt with AF over the course of several years and although I’m not a premier customer, I felt as if I was treated like one on every visit. Especially for needing aftermarket parts for a Honda non VIP car.
Their straight «no haggle» sales was enough for me to make my purchases. They had or could get what I needed in a timely manner and the price was fair market or better.
The San Diego aftermarket import parts business is slim pickin’s these days and AF is one of very few that I’d do business with. The staff is very mature, knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

I found a shop that shares the same values as I do. Straight up car guys that don’t BS. They get me the rare parts that I want. Almost any part from Japan i want for my Lexus LS430, Freddie and Elroy try their best to get it for me. This place isn’t cheap. I like it that way. when prices are cheap, it’s crowded. When it’s more expensive, no wait and no excuses. They installed my Air Runner. Took an extra day to finish the job but loved the honesty. They used the extra day to test the car for any leaks and pressure drops. Time is money but peace of mind is just as important. I like to find great service and once I find it I stay loyal until it’s unsatisfactory. I’ve showed loyalty to Autofashion since 2005. BTW, Happy 10 year anniversary.

Autofashion is the première VIP auto shop in San Diego. Many of their cars have been featured in the car magazines. There are a several performance shops in San Diego but non specialize in the popular VIP scene. They can get wheels from Japan, VIP accessories, suspension upgrades, and car audio. Although, I’m not in the VIP car scene they do a variety of different installs. Autofashion installed my brother’s Subaru Forester lowering springs and my mom’s Viper car alarm. I dropped off the cars in the morning and picked them up in the afternoon.
They also do custom audio set-​ups. If you need a custom sub box made or something really wild for a car show they can get it done. There rates are a bit pricey but you get what you paid for… Top notch work and quality.
