This place is my heaven. Not only do I love the products but the girls working are always so sweet. I love the complimentary services they provide — always a wonderful moment of serenity in my very fast paced life.

Shirley was super helpful and knowledgeable about aveda products. I walked in with no intention of buying but left spending money NOT because she pressured me to buy but because of her knowledge and confidence in the products. I’ll return for sure!

The staff here always gives excellent customer service! The store manager is always so personable and you can tell everyone here loves the lifestyle of the brand. I appreciate the level of service I receive every time I walk through those doors. Thank you Aveda Team at Fashion Valley!

No Stars, The ladies there have a disinterested look. I have never had a pleasant experience. !! One of the ladies had such a stern look ! Like she owns the place. The girls there need to learn how to smile better.

Aveda Experience is an understatement. Fine tea offered while browsing, expert advice given on any number of concerns, free sample of hair care products given with four square check in, free hand massage given before check out and signed up for loyalty program that includes free gifts on your birthday. I feel like I just went to a really nice spa and was totally waited on hand & foot! I will definitely be back, these ladies know all the good buttons to push :)

Let’s face it, Aveda has been around for ever and they do make a great high-​end product. If you’re into a quality haircare/​skincare and you want something that is more on the natural side, this is the place.
I like to buy from the Aveda store for the shoulder massages they give on weekends! Sometimes they have been amazing and I would have paid at least $ 40!!!
Therefore, if you like there stuff, buy from the store.

I love Aveda, and this particular store is pretty amazing.
The ladies here are very knowledgable about all of the products and can almost always figure out if a product will work for me or not. If it doesn’t, they are right on top of the problem trying to fix it for me! They are sweet and remember my family’s names, even though we are only in there every few months (hey, Aveda products LAST!).
I love the tea and the ladies are always entertaining my child. Thanks, ladies! You rock!

I am a big fan of Aveda in general, but the ladies at the Fashion Valley store never disappoint. They are well educated and informed on their products and will provide samples of other ones that you may be interested in. Whenever I bring my four year old in with me, they treat her to a mini makeover which makes her feel like the princess she is.

I give five stars for product and customer service throughout the entire 10 years I have consistently used Aveda products. I thought their rewards program was good until I had all of the points taken away for supposed none use for two years and when I attempted to have them restored I was told to send in an itemized sales receipt to show use. Who keeps their sales receipts for purchases of moisturizers? I was told maybe the store in Fashion Valley did and when I asked them I was directed back to headquarters. Ping pong!!!

The girls who work here are so sweet and very knowledgeable of Aveda’s products. I recommend this store specifically to anyone! Wonderful customer service :)

Mom and I stopped in to buy Dad’s shampoo while we were running errands. The clerk that waited on us was polite and very welcoming. She directed us to the area where we’d find Dad’s shampoo and then asked if we had time to sit down for a free hand massage.
Mom received a stress relief hand massage with scented oils and lotions and I received an energy boost one. I like that the clerk didn’t try to push us to purchase anything from the massage session, instead she made small talk with us while she did each massage.
I liked the oil that was used for my massage, as it was light and pleasant, yet I did feel more perky from the time I walked out the door to a few hours later at home.
I would come back to this location again for the good service.

Love this store and their products! They work so well with my hair and they are environmentally conscious. Can’t ask for much more. They are a bit pricey, but worth it to me.

Environmental Lifestyle store? Im really not sure if im reviewing the right spot, in fact, im not sure why im reviewing it at all!
I guess, because one of the women working in there yesterday showed love. A female friend of mine put me on to the Aveda shampoo a while back and, well, yea, i got hooked on it… what can i say?!
Not really my type of store, and im not really much of a mall kinda guy, but i decided to roll out with a friend and figured id grab some more ‘poo while i was out that way. Yea, thats it, review; end.

What can I say… Aveda products are awesome. Just bring your fully loaded bank account because they are über expensive!!!
I love that they offer a sample of hot tea while you shop and are friendly to offer advise.
Quick Tip — do your Aveda shopping on the first weekend of May or December because they offer double reward points only 2x a year.

I was in Dallas for a Texas Rangers game and stayed at the Baylor Indigo Hotel. They had some Aveda Rosemary Mint shampoo. This stuff was AMAZING!
I dropped by this Aveda store and picked up the biggest containers of the Rosemary Mint Shampoo and Conditioner.
I’ve been here twice and both times they served some kind of free tea. I didn’t try it but if you like free stuff… Knock yerself out.

Black Malva Shampoo: Good stuff.

I’m a big fan of Aveda products ever since I had turn down service at a hotel where they drew a bath for me and scented it with Aveda oils… ever since then I’ve been buying shampoos, makeup, and oils from Aveda. I really love the postcards they send for samples and every year for my birthday they send me a postcard for a free personal blends gift (a full size perfume or bath salt product)…
And I’m a big fan of Aveda’s founder; Horst Rechelbacher. They had the book that he authored, Aveda Rituals here and I flipped through it last time I visited. The book had aruyvedic and massage techniques and is beautifully photographed. I started doing scalp, neck, and shoulder rosemarylavender massages after reading about it in this book. Horst Rechelbacher is an organic farmer (I’m a big organic gardening fan) and he is launching a new line called Intelligent Nutrients; skin care, hair care, personal lubricants, baby care, and functional foods and nutraceuticals… plant based products are much less toxic for you than petroleum based cosmetics because our skin absorbs 70% of what we put on it!
Now that it’s holiday season, I’ve been using the hair powder which is really great for adding volume and making my hair less slick so that it’ll stay up in an up-​do for holiday parties (especially useful for 80’s parties). I like that it melts in my hair because when I first considered getting it I was a little frightened that it would look like white powder in my hair but it doesn’t…YAY!

Aveda’s cosmetics for face and skin are so much better for your skin than widely used brands such as MAC. Fresher and a little bit cheaper. Reusable compacts=enviornment friendly!

I love the way Aveda’s products make my hair feel, unfortunately I’m not too fond of the way they smell. Don’t get me wrong or anything, but I’m not a fan of sandalwood, musk, or generally plant/​herb scents. I love fruity scents. I highly recommend the hair gloss they have.
