We specialize in creative play for the entire family. Our toys are meant to inspire creativity and imagination and include infant and preschool items, dolls, stuffed animals, books, crafts, games, active toys and just plain fun playthings.

History

Established in 1992.

Geppetto’s actually started in the mid 1970’s with the first location in Old Town San Diego. In 1992 the Miller Family took over ownership and has grown Geppetto’s from one location to eight throughout the San Diego Area.

Came in with my family looking for some nice age appropriate toys for my son.
The blonde associate directed me to the back of the store where we could find something for our little one.
The male associate helped us by pointing out the benefits of various toys and we ended up choosing a soft book with various textures in it.

Love this toy store. They have toys and books that you can’t find at target or other toy stores. I especially love the Janod toys from France. It’s great to see quality toys that are fun and or educational!

My kids and nieces love this place! We go into this store almost all the time when we go to the mall. They have so many different types of toys, jewelry making sets, train sets, science sets, among many others.
Definitely recommend this place. Especially if you are buying a birthday gift.

4 stars for all the cool toys and gadgets they have. Not 5 because of the price of everything.
I had lots of fun exploring all their toys. I can easily spend 30 – 40 min in this little boutique, imagine how occupied a kid could be!

Went in this weekend to pick up some presents for my nephew’s birthday. The girl who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. We told her how old my nephew is and what kinds of things that he likes. She took us right to a section that had a variety of options.
We picked up some cool toys for him that I think will both entertain and educate him. I definitely recommend Geppetto’s for kid’s toy options!

If you’re looking for an upscale and overpriced toy store you have found your match.
If the parents of the child you are purchasing for are green Eco maniacs, this is the place. Eco friendly everything even though it’s probably the same stuff everywhere else is.
However, awesome selection on the huge dump trucks and block forklifts.

Pretty kick ass toy store at the Fashion Valley Mall– located on the ritzy side across from Sak’s 5th Ave. and down the way from Bloomies. Good place to pick up a prezi for the small child in your life. They’ve got a good collection of legos, playmobile– alot of musical instruments for young kids (we love to give those as presents, ha-​ha!!) and no violent toys that I could see.
