The location of this store isn’t far from the valet or parking garage at Nordstrom.
My wife’s grandmother loves this stuff so we always find ourselves here looking for compact lotions.
Glad this place is never too full. Just wish they had a public restroom. I had to run to Nordstrom to use the restroom.
Tons of samples available and a sink to wash off something you don’t like.
The current promotion that their running is buy three get three free or buy two get one free.
Seems to me like a no brainier… Buy the three!
Please just don’t buy the lotions with glitter.

Bath and Body was poppin’ when I was in elementary school… but once I hit the real world, fragrances was never my thing anymore. Lo and behold, the mother got a coupon for a free signature item!
The place was decorated in fall colors and smelled heavily of pumpkin spices, cherry blossoms… a bunch of stuff. To be honest, after the first three scents, I couldn’t really smell anything anymore.
Staff here is AMAZING. They are all wiling to help you out. and I love that they give you more coupons at the end of your transaction!
Now there-don’t know what to get family members as gifts? Some lotion, cream, or even hand soap is a good deal! With all the amazing steals… this place is definitely wallet friendly.

This location takes off the price stickers from their lotion and charges more than other locations and online. Generally a regular sized bottle is $ 12.50 but I was charged $ 13/​bottle.

My wife loves this store in general, but the manager here is NOT about good customer service.
How is a coupon valid at the Mira Mesa location, and not at this location?
The manager can be nicer and less rude. Maybe try making a call to another location before saying no and sending us away disappointed. The customer should always be right until proven wrong.
We will never come back here!
But, we will still visit all other B&BW locations.

I love their little Wallflowers. They are all over my house — and the little pillow sprays — wonderful stuff. They can be a bit pricey — but they are pretty liberal with the coupons for future purchases. Plus, Robbie the Dog likes them because they always have treats behind the counter!!!

Always love going in here to see what new flavors they have for hand sanitizer to body wash. They always have deals going on, specifically if you buy 3 products you get 2 free. Just tried a new body and hair wash called Midnight and I am very happy with the smell combination on this. The Midnight and the Noir for Men are my favorites and for $ 12.50 each that is a fair price when you tack on %20 coupons and the free items.
Not to mention the candle selections are fantastic and make my house smell especially nice!

Great staff and clean store.

I always stop in when they have a sale, especially when it’s on their anti-​bacterial soaps. They have deals all the time, so be sure to keep an eye out for their sale signs in their window (buy 2 get 2 free, 7 soaps for $ 20, etc.); don’t ever pay full price! They also usually give you coupons to use on your next visit.

It seems like every time I wander into Bath & Body Works there is a promotion of some kind going on! I’m loving it!
The displays at this location are well-​done and there is so much to see and experience that it is almost a bit overwhelming! I enjoy the variety of fragrances that Bath & Body Works offers, as well as the fact that you can get a fragrance in a variety of forms (body spray, lotion, etc). This is certainly a fun place to shop!

Needed to stock up on my home fragrances, and B&BW is having a sale on 2-​pk refills ($ 6). This location is conveniently located next to Nordy’s and next to the entrance by parking structure, so it was perfect for my lunch hour.
Walked in and was greeted by a friendly associate who assisted me on where to find the refills.
Oftentimes I get emails of special deals and such, which is a great way to draw me in to try their new products.
I got a free full-​size product with my $ 10 purchase. SCORE!!!
Great deals and awesome products. Semi-​annual sale is coming up soon. Time to stock up!

Buy 2, get 2 for free. Heck yeah… or so we thought.
We actually only come here maybe once every year or so to buy and stock up on one thing — their Aromatherapy Orange Ginger soap. We love the product and we’ve been loyal consumers for many, many years. With their buy two, get two free sale, we ended up buying sixteen 8 oz. bottles of soap for a grand total of $ 47.85. A huge savings.
The only reason why I couldn’t give them more stars is because they hover over you as if they think you’re going to steal something. It just bugged us. My husband even made a comment about it and he’s usually clueless to things like that. I’m sure they’ve had problems in the past but if they treat all customers as if they’re thieves, it doesn’t go over well with the honest ones.
I think the next time I need to stock up though, we’ll order online.

Why does Bath and Body Works have such good sales and send me coupons all the time???
This one is such a good store. It is always so organized and well kept.
I had two coupons for some kind of free something so the boyfriend and I went in to choose. Turns out what we happened to want that particular day wasnt covered by the coupon BUT a friendly clerk switched out our coupons so we could take home the new Black Chamomile aromatherapy soap. Very good times.
They were also doing a promotion where if you bought fifteen dollars worth of items you got a cute black sheep. I was super excited because my Ma loves sheep and Id wanted to get him for her a few weeks ago.
So I ended up with:
–Two ‘perfect autumn pumpkin’ plug in scent refills, at twentyfive percent off
–Two ‘sweet cinnamon pumpkin’ soaps for the bathrooms at work. They previously were using Dial SHOWER GEL and I couldnt deal with the multiple gross aspects of that.
–Two tiny small antibacterial gels
–TWO sheeps
And a handful more of coupons.
I was super excited about my moms sheep AND that I got one only to find out her dumb self had gone there the day before and gotten her own sheep.
Mad lame but whatever.
Im looking forward to going in again this weekend to buy more soap and items I dont really need.

This particular location of Bath & Body Works is very consistent with the others. Simply put, lots of skin products and home fragrances in a lot of really nice scents. This location can be a bit TOO customer-​service oriented at times, and the employees tend to follow you around engaging you in conversations and mini-​monologues about each and every product you pick up, which can be irritating. Nevertheless, there are some products that just smell amazing at this chain, and others which I prefer The Body Shop for. Nice little stop though, if you want to pick up some items that your nose will love.
