Stephanie Napoli is a Certified Professional Co-​Active Coach (CPCC) with the ICF-​accredited Coaches Training Institute (CTI) with advanced coach training certificates with CTI and Awakened Wisdom Experiences as well as over 15 years of non-​profit leadership experience. As Founder and Head Coach of Be Alive! Coaching, Stephanie helps you connect with your Higher Purpose, move through indecision and doubt to clarity and intentionality and ultimately create a life you love. Prior to becoming a coach, Stephanie graduated from UCLA and spent 15 years as a leader and community organizer for low-​wage hotelworkers and janitors in Southern California. She is a certified acupressure and Reiki practitioner with experiences ranging from living in Europe and Latin America to semi-​professional salsa dancing, college soccer and regular fasting and meditation retreats. Stephanie’s biggest accomplishment is now her own life– balanced, joyful and overflowing with Love and the daily magic of life.

Stephanie is simply amazing. She has helped me get through so many false barriers I had created in my mind. She has allowed me to get through life and grow much quicker as any issues that are bothering me are brought to my attention and we create an action plan to solve it rather than me just go over and over the problem in my head for years and years, never taking any actions to fix it which leads to a boring life with that little voice screaming for you to make a change but is ignored. She will teach you the kind of mindset to have to meet your full potential but most importantly, guide you through those many bumps that, if not addressed, can put you in a long rut of despair. Dream big, live big!

Stephanie is an amazing coach, she is literally helping me shift my life in a way I never thought would be possible.
What’s so great about stephanie’s work is that she helps you know your self best (Yes, sometimes we lose track of who we are.) and emphasize your qualities to become a better version of your self, while leaving your unwanted patterns behind… how amazing is that??? She doesn’t judge, doesn’t advice, doesn’t predict the future, doesn’t diagnose you to give you a packaged treatment (like most therapists do). She just empowers you with great tools to help you reach out to your goals and dreams.
Stephanie is professional, focussed and efficient. I’m impressed by her capacity to remember every detail of what we talked in previous sessions and ability to connect the dots.
I feel that my possibilities are limitless since I started seeing her, it is one of the best decision I have made in my whole life, and I feel so grateful that my path came across hers. THANK YOU STEPHANIE FOR BEEING SO GREAT!!!

There are certain people in my life that I consider «magical people». these people are simply those who see the world differently and help others do the same. Stephanie is one of those people. She has helped my break out of limited ideas, see things from new perspectives and get back in touch with my dreams. I can talk to her about anything going on in my life that I feel I need to process through with someone, and I can do so with no worry of judgment. Stephanie helps support my individuality and guide me on getting what I want for myself. I always feel renewed after a coaching session with her. Stepanie is a great coach — she guided me during my sessions to try to look beyond the daily grind and make difficult decisions. It’s a different issue I did not make as much use of her wise advice yet (hoping I will some day). She also asked questions that helped me look at life a little differently and love my life a little bit more than I did prior to that. Just the mere act of being part of her sessions made me think differently even when I was not with her. I did not continue it after a few sessions because that’s what I do — lose interest and attention — but I would recommend her to anyone looking for help in looking at life more positively and a warm friendly life coach.

Stephanie has a unique ability to repeatedly ask difficult questions that lead to a place where you are forced to confront issues that lie at the heart of obstacles in your life. She’s the real deal folks! As with anything new that you are not familiar with, you don’t really know what to expect and that can definitely deter you from trying it. Life coaching was something people talk about that it seems only the affluent do to achieve certain achievements/​goals in life.
You don’t have to be a Hollywood superstar to feel good about yourself. All you have to do is come see Stephanie. She is a wonderful and caring person who is sincerely invested in your well being and she will help you on your journey to the better you.
What does this all mean you ask? Well it means that she will be the person to help you learn about yourself. She does this through verbal sessions and exercises to bring about self realization. Her positivity will be your guiding light (sorry for the cheesy saying, but its true) to a better understanding of yourself.
In the month that I have seen her I feel like I have made tremendous progress and my outlook on life is starting to change. I have that swagger back that I was missing for a long time and my confidence is shooting through the roof. I can’t wait for this journey to continue and see what lies ahead. I definitely recommend an introductory session. What do you really have to lose? All you can do from here is gain something.

After years of traditional therapies, I wasn’t sure life coaching could help much more than anything else did. It did. It seems to me that the only person on the planet who truly knows how to help you in all the perfect details of what you need out of life is… you. A life coach just helps you access that. No judgment, no lectures, just freedom to be you.
Stephanie and I clicked because she is compassionate and loving. She is kind and gentle, but has good energy and does a great job helping me stay on task (good for geting your money’s worth). I would recommend her to anyone both as a beautiful person whom everyone should meet and enjoy being around for a short time and as a life coach who could guide one to places of joy and healing and pleasure that will make the world a better place.
