Kudos to Beverage Factory and specifically the great sales people (Carey rocks!) and the awesome responsive Customer Support (Kaylyn!!) team too.
We did have to swap out a unit and the team here made it very easy, was super supportive and took the time to go over details with me. Even the vendor/​moving co. who helped with the pick up and delivery was some of the nicest delivery persons out there.
I haven’t written a Unilocal review for a long time, but felt compelled to do so to thank the people at Beverage Factory.

This is the second time they making mistakes in the shipments. The reaction on this is not professional. I ordered Chardonnay glasses, 6 pcs.
It took them more then six month to ship and finally when it’s came 2 glasses was not the right shape and on top of this broken.

Back in early 2013 I purchased a 15″ under counter dual zone Allavino wine fridge from Beverage Factory and it was awesome — until it was about 13 months old and the compressor failed. I called BF and explained the situation and was told the model I purchased was no longer being made and no parts available. This was a bummer since it was the only 15″ dual zone I could find anywhere. BF offered to credit me back 100% of the purchase price to apply to a different unit, which I did. Delivery was fast and whomever their service is, they were great and brought the unit into the house and the right into the kitchen where I needed it. A few months ago the replacement unit got some condensation between the dual panes of glass on the door. I gave them a call and they sent a replacement door right out! I would definitely purchase from them again!

I bought a 6′ and a 4′ kegerator. My problem with the new 4′ unit. I picked it up just before Christmas. The day after I plug it in I noticed I could not keep the temperature constant. There is a variation of 31 to 41 degrees and the customer service rep tells me that is normal. IT IS NOT. I have been trying to get the unit exchanged since then. Today they sent a technician from an appliance service company who has never seen a unit like this and had no idea what to do. I have asked several times to get the unit exchanged with no avail. I guess, I will have to go through my credit card to get the charges reversed.
It has been a real dissapointment. Carrey in sales is very knowledgable but customer service has been no help. Be ware. They have the selection but certainly not the service. Have not been able to get a manager to contact me despite several requests.

I recently purchased a new dual-​tap kegerator which has been working well… certainly, I am pleased about this; however, the reason for the 5 stars has to do with the service Cedric recently provided. I stopped in to have my new co2 tank filled for the first time only to drop it when I got home. The knob used to open/​close the tank broke off and I needed my tank working the next night for a NYE party. I returned to the store right at closing and Cedric replaced the knob w/​out charge and with a good attitude (again, I returned right at closing). Given the urgency with a party the next night, I was prepared to pay for a new tank, so this was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated.

Convenient, straight forward and easy. Purchased a few nitrogen tanks and Co2. Priced right.

Thought your basic supplies weren’t laid out, the individual at the counter was courteous and polite as he grabbed products from the back.

Mike is a knowledgable person in the beverage mechanics. Very helpful for my setup and saved me a ton of money! I recommend this place for top gear

I am quite pleased that after contacting the VP of operations, I was expedited another faucet that will meet my needs at no extra cost. I appreciated the personalized attention to resolve this and look forward to more business with the beverage factory.

Extraordinary customer service. I purchased a wine and a beverage refrigerator in June. In October the beverage refrigerator started having issues. Customer service assisted me with troubleshooting and eventually determined it is a faulty unit. A replacement was sent and is working fine. This is what customer service after the sale should be like for all manufacturers.
If I am ever in need of another unit, there is only one place I will consider. I suggest that anyone reading this post consider this when deciding on a source for your beverage refrigerator.

Ordered a wine cooler and was told it was on back order. Called a week later for an update and girl is customer service told me 1 – 2 more weeks. Asked her to cancel the order as I don’t want to wait that long and she said sure then hung up on me. I am not a first time customer. I have bought homebrew supplies and a kegerator from this business. I wouldn’t give them 5 stars based on my previous experience with them by any means, but I have never had an experience that left me disgusted before today. I will most likely never shop here again. If anyone in management reads this you have serious issues in your CS department that is costing you business.

Cool spot! They have a great selection and unbeatable prices. I found their website when I was unable to find the right part on Amazon. These guys were even cheaper than Amazon?! I swung by to pick up the part at their new showroom on a Saturday.
Unfortunately… they are terrible with the follow-​through. When I got home, I noticed one of the pieces I bought had a part missing. I called and was told to pick it up in-​store. When I went to pick it up, they didn’t have any more. I was told to contact the manager (which I tried to do several times before he ever got back to me). This is a 1-​hour round trip for me to drive there… so I’m not happy about my wasted time. To finalize the whole ordeal, it turns out they were receiving a crappy product from India and re-​selling it with some misleading/​incorrect information, until I pointed out that their listing was incorrect.
I can tell they are trying to fix their Unilocal reviews; they offer a 5% discount if you «write a review» for them on Unilocal.The cashier told me to make it a good one. Wake up guys, it’s the lack of service that’s hurting your reviews.

As someone who has been in the hospitality industry for the past 40 years, I feel I know what good customer service is. Dealing with the Beverage Factory, I not only recieved a great wine cooler at a very reasonable price, but the customer service that was needed was nothing short of excellent. Any time someone is in need of a product they carry, I suggest you go to their wedsite. They get a 5 out of 5 from me.

More than a month after placing my order, I continue to press for delivery of my Breezaire WKE 3000 wine cooler unit. Beverage Factory has NEVER sent me an order status or estimated shipping date without me having to ask for it.
Now they are telling me that the ESTIMATED ship date (the first of which they have already missed) is now October 5. That’s a delay of MORE THAN SIX WEEKS, and it’s only an estimate. My wine is hating both Beverage Factory and Breezaire.
They did offer me a 5% discount as a good-​faith gesture, so I thank them for that.
If you just want to go to their store and buy something they have in stock and take it home with you, I’m sure this place is fine. But definitely to be avoided if you need to order online.

Fast friendly service. They were very helpful in making sure I got exactly what I needed to convert my kegerator to a new setup and offered to walk me through any steps if I got stuck over the phone. Will be happy to do business with them again!

Beverage Factory always provides great, knowledgable service. Definitely come here for all your kegerator needs.

I bought a very expensive wine fridge from Beverage Factory. Everyone warned me that due to latest technology and LED panels these products do not last very long. I felt more comfortable since I saw a New Leaf Warranty as a value added service to the product. 18 months later the wine fridge stopped cooling. After a long game of being passed from one entity to the next, New Leaf sent a repair person, after 3 weeks… The repair person was there only to inspect. 10 days later I get the call that the claim is denied since it was so expensive and they offered me a settlement for 80% of the cost of the repairs.
Buy your fridge at Costco. They will replace or stand by their warranty unlike Beverage Factory & New Leaf.

Excellent selection of appliances for storing wine and serving beer. Very helpful staff and great products. Prices are very competitive.

Been looking and deciding on my first ever kegerator. Went back and forth on get at Costco (single) and do upgrades, or purchase from Beverage Factory. Well, after crunching the #s and making a visit it was easy to pick Beverage Factory. It’s local (no delivery charge). I was helped by Mo. He was very helpful and made the buying experience easy. He explained to me all I needed to know and more. Not only did he make the price appealing he went above and beyond to even offer a free CO2 fill on my tank. So the sale is final and what to do now? Get it home and set it up. How hard can it be? We shall see. If I have issues, Mo said, «Give me a call. I’ll answer any questions you have on the setup.» I think I made the right choice. Thanks BF for a great customer experience and to Mo for your helpful information.

Great service, Mike helped us out amazingly and I would recommend that anyone comes here. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. A+ service.

Everything was in stock and loaded within fifteen minutes!!!

Just spend $ 3300 on a dual fridge unit. These guys are quick to deliver and slow to service. Also beware that they only drop it off curb side and no stairs. All these are extra, buyers beware, if you have stair cases, shipping is extra cost.
⁴⁄₂₂ Now the story begins… One of the winefridge was DOA! it has been a week before anyone in customer found a local repair technician. Now I have to call myself and chase for the appointment time. I got my finger crossed. wish me luck. I will come back and edit this review soon.
1^st visit the KV tech says its loose connection, the temp is still high and will not go down. He said to wait three hours. Still not working. Highly disappointing. I hate to have a new unit shipped!
(5/6)As it turns out the unit has a leak and a new unit with white gloves shipping is offered by BF. Nice touch management!
(5÷12) Management now has offered white gloves replacement, The defective units has been removed and replace. I am trying the new units now.

Terrible experience. I ordered a wine fridge 3 weeks ago and ofcourse you can’t tell what is or is not in stock so you are rolling the dice when you order something. First sign its an amateur company. I immediately got an email stating it was backordered and I figured it could take a couple weeks to get it in which I was okay with.
3 weeks later and nothing! So I figured I would call for an update and I soon realized my mistake for not checking Unilocal first. Go ahead and call their Cserve line and you’ll see what I mean, nobody answers! So I called sales and they transferred right back to the same line that nobody answers! Eventually I got through with ALOT of effort and got my order cancelled and I felt lucky. This was a terrible experience and I’d never do business with this company again. God forbid I actually need their Cservce for something. Id pull my hair out.
I gave an extra star because once I broke through I got an email with a cancellation notice right away so maybe Cserve is okay once you’re in but I can’t support a company that doesn’t answer their Cserve line.

I can’t believe this review needs to be amended so quickly alas when a business screws up, knows it, and doesn’t do anything to fix it then it must be noted for future services.
We are building a keezer for homebrewing and purchased a 4 product secondary regulator online– picking it up at the beverage factory location. Without getting into too much of the technical issues here, basically the picture/​description of the item was completely incorrect. The regulator they sold was actually a flow through regulator as opposed to one that is capped on the end, allowing the gas to be shut off. Now, these are two very different products and yet that was not in the picture nor in the description.
Now a mistake is a mistake. HOWEVER, upon taking the incorrect regulator back to beverage factory we were told that the same thing has been happening with other customers returning the product and, «We really should change the picture online.» Well, yes, you probably should since you are selling the wrong item. You should also change the written description of the product. My husband had to end up cutting all the tubing that he already put into the keezer in order to replace the regulator. All of which is money and time spent.
This is supposed to be a company that is reputable and reliable and experts in the field. We are lucky enough to live in San Diego so we can just run up to the store and get the proper part but those people who pay for shipping across the country expect to receive the part that they order.
