I have rented for over a year from this company. When I originally had a washer delivered the driver did not run the cycle like he was supposed to and when we did it flooded our laundry room. Called EZ Rental and was told to contact my housing company because they have the right equipment to clean up the water. Exchanged out the washer the next day after my housing company cleaned up their mess. This was Feb 2013. April 2014, my washer broke and a new one was exchanged. Same driver, same situation. He did not run a cycle and my laundry room flooded. Called EZ Rental and was sent to a voicemail. No emergency line!!! The connection was stripped by the driver when he connected the hose which is where all the flooding came from. Called housing again, they came cleaned up, treated for mold, and had to cut a hole in my wall from the water damage. EZ Rental called back the next day(Friday) and I spoke to Elizabeth(whom Teddy claimed has only worked there for a month or so and is making mistakes). She seemed helpful, schedule me for the first delivery of the day for Saturday, and said that she was leaving extensive notes and for the manager to call me back ASAP(by my request). Saturday comes at 1030 I call and we are not on the schedule and the manager, Rob, is gone for the day. Teddy(who has worked there for 2 years) claims that there are no notes, no scheduled delivery, and that the manager is one the other line/not in/will call me/etc when I demand to talk to a manager. She tells me that she wants to handle this without getting the manager involved. After extensive time holding, and lots of back and forth and he said/she said, a driver is supposedly on his way to make the exchange. The SAME driver who has messed up both other times he came. The manager, Rob, is now on maternity leave caring for twins(wow that happened in the course of an hour long phone call!!), and will not call me but may return an email. There is not anyone else for me to speak to or get any information from. What an amazing company! Awesome customer service. Rent at your own risk.

This company is a fraud. They overcharged me for the rental of three fridges. They have since refused to resolve the matter with me even after committing to do so with a guy named ‘Rob’. Very sketchy business — avoid at all costs.

They were able to deliver same day and haul away my old dryer free of charge! The rates were very competitive too!
