I’ve worked with BinaryM in my role at a San Francisco Internet company. We’ve worked on several projects together and Matt is always great at getting things done right the first time.

I had a blogspot blog for the longest time and decided to finally get my act together and migrate it over to a real .com. Having never done this before I needed some help. Sent Matt my details and he helped me migrate and pretty much took care of everything. I enjoyed not having to worry about messing things up! Hopefully I won’t have to bug him too much with the final details, but it’s reassuring having this line of communication open to me should I need more help.

My website was hacked and I needed quick help; a friend connected me to Matt at BinaryM, who was incredibly prompt at assessing my needs, providing me with an estimate, and actually getting the job done. I don’t think it ever took him longer than an hour to respond to any of my e-​mails, regardless of what time they were sent. Highly professional, highly recommended!

I have found Unilocal to be a reliable provider of information, so when I saw 5 stars by every previous reviewer, with the reviews made over several years, I thought I had found the solution to my problem.
Long story short — I left a voicemail message initially. My call was returned in minutes. Great start!
I explained my situation. A personal blog — not a business blog — but WordPress powered, which is BinaryM’s forte, which is why I called them. I grenaded my blog while upgrading and needed help. Followed up with an email detailing the situation per their request.
No response to the email. Gave them two days. Left another voicemail. No response to the second voicemail. I have no idea why, as they have yet to return either contact.
Perhaps if you ooze money when you call they will respond. If they didn’t want to do the work, they should at least have called or emailed (they had both contacts) to say that they had no interest. One of the driving factors for my initial contact was all the rave reviews about customer service. This one has to be a review about significantly less than stellar customer service, even if they wish to turn down a job.

My project went very smoothly and finished ahead of schedule. Chris is very creative and had a lot of great recommendations. Communication was A+.

If you want a team of down to earth web developers and technology folks, BinaryM is who to turn to. They never spoke over my head with ‘tech speak’ and were helpful at every turn. When the project was finished, I didn’t feel like they cut the cord. If I have trouble or forget something, I know I can turn to them for the help.
Would I recommend them? Heck YES.

As a Graphic Designer, I am very picky about how a site should look and function, and BinaryM nails it every time.

I had a problem getting Wordpress and a separate theme up on the web server. Familiar with HTML but FTP and working this new software… well I was lost and bewildered.
Chris called me immediately after emailing them, got me up and running within hours. Of course it only took him a few minutes to do what i tried over 7 hours. Best few minutes of investment I have made!
