Caliber Collision

I think it’s just ok as repair shops go. The service however would be a 5! The employees are all super helpful and really nice. So A+ for the people. However the shop is pretty dissatisfying. I had my car towed here because it is a USAA trusted shop. I think the shop took a week to do an inspection and the appraisal company took another week to do their own inspection. All in all from the day it was towed to the shop to the day I had my guys tow it away was about 18 days I believe. They charged $ 941 to do an inspection and for the car to sit on the lot. No repairs were ever made. They also removed the bumper to do the inspection and then left it on a shelf. This is what bothers me the most. When my tow truck showed up they didn’t put the bumper back on. I had to rent an SUV and tow away the bumper days later. That was a super annoying lack of attention to details on their part.

The staff at Caliber Collision were amazingly helpful! They found that the support bar for my motor was missing and let me know what I needed to do before they were able to begin repairing my front end. When I got my car 2 weeks later, it looked newer! I will definitely return for their services if I need it!

First, this is one of the cleanest, most modern facilities I’ve seen. A good sign as it shows they take pride in their shop. I brought my car in to have the front bumper replaced. When they removed the bumper they found additional damage to the inside/​frame which required another part they weren’t anticipating. The manager drove to another location to pick up the new part they needed.
When all was said and done, I dropped it off at 8:30am and it was done by 4pm the same day. Joel even washed it and vacuumed the interior! The end result looks amazing and it has a lifetime warranty. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I was rear ended about a month ago and brought my car in to get repaired. Everyone was extremely kind, helpful and efficient! My car was fixed within 2 days and there was significant damage so i was shocked. My car looks brand new! They helped me get a rental car and it was all extremely smooth. So thankful to have my car back and so quickly at that, this place rocks!

My car car was hit by another motorist who merged into it and Geico was their insurance company. I am very satisfied how Geico took car of the claim. They said I could go anywhere for repairs but Caliber was the closest to my house so I went there. Geico had a rental car and representative meet me there and assured me they wanted me satisfied.
I met Joel and we looked at my car and made sure to note all of the damage from the accident and some minor scrapes on the front bumper not from the accident that I asked for an estimate to repair. He said that since the car was already in the shop he could give a good price, which he did and I accepted.
The repairs to the car were quickly and expertly done and I am very happy with both Geico and Caliber for excellent customer service (and Geico isn’t even my insurance company!)
The next accident (hopefully not any time soon) I will take my car to Caliber.

Here’s the background story, my poor little Sentra had been in two accidents just weeks apart from one another. On both occasions we took our car to a Caliber Collision and I do not regret it one moment.
Caliber Collision as a company has always been able to give their customers peace of mind when it comes to restoring their vehicles back to new and this review is no different. I had previously sent my Sentra to their store front in Kettner Blvd, per usual they did an amazing job, fixed every bit that was damaged in a hit and run. When I finally got the car, I thought all my troubles were gone, that, that would be the only accident we would have for years to come, little did I know just a few weeks later, a unlicensed 18 year old boy would reverse into my car and once again cause my little Sentra more damage than she was used to.
After trial and tribulation with the other parties insurance, we were finally able to get the process of fixing our car started. We were referred to the Mission Valley location because it was closer to our home, my fiancé and I were a bit hesitant, because we had previously been serviced at the Kettner Blvd location, but we were re-​assured by the Caliber Collision Representative that we were going to receive the same great service had been given in the past.
My fiancé Bryan had been in constant contact with Joel, a Caliber Collision Adjuster, he was so attentive to our needs and our concerns. My fiancé can be a bit of a hot head, so when things don’t necessarily go the way things are planned, he can get a bit impatient. Bryan was really impressed by the service from the team at Mission Valley, he told me that the staff ending up knowing him by name when he came in, he said that the receptionist America was extremely personable, never once making Bryan feel unwanted or uncomfortable. We brought our Sentra in on Tuesday and we received a phone call on Wednesday saying that it would be ready, by Friday morning. It’s as if we were VIP customers, I know sounds silly, but that’s how we felt.
I respect every single person who works for Caliber Collision, thank you for always being there when you are needed the most, thank you for easing my mind when its train of thought is going every possible way it could. You are all amazing and my fiancé and I are very appreciative of all your hard work!
