Caring Senior Service of San Diego

My mom had a fall and required full time home care. We found Sean and the folks at Caring Senior Service and we are glad we did Sean met with us and assured us that my mom would be taken care of and that we would receive first class service. We had caregivers ²⁴⁄₇ for the first few months and Sean worked with us to make sure that the caregivers provided were a good fit for my mom. All of the caregivers that worked with my mom were sweet and kind and treated my mom like they were taking care of their own mom. Great company, attentive to the clients needs and really helped us feel comfortable that my mom was in good hands. I can highly recommend this company if you are in need of someone to look after a loved one.

I was referred to Caring Senior Services when I was looking for help for my Mom and Dad who visit me once a month and have a home helper where they regularly live. Aron, the owner of the company, came to meet with me the day before my parents were to arrive. He was very professional and caring and was very interested in meeting their needs. The following day, Donna, the home caregiver, arrived and immediately made my parents feel comfortable and meet their needs. I am a healthcare provider and was impressed with the care and service delivered. We will be regularly using Caring Senior Services for each subsequent visit. The process was easy to set up and we were extremely satisfied. Thank you Aron and Donna.

These folks are wonderful! I tried to bring my 81 yr. old Dad home from the hospital after back surgery, and with several other serious conditions. Sean, Michele and Patrick were waiting for us when I brought him home, and got him in the house and settled in. I thought I could handle things during the night, but the next morning Dad was very unstable on his feet (he had come home with an infection, unbeknown to me) and he fell in the hallway… he’s a big guy and i couldn’t lift him. I called Michele and she rushed over to help — she’s an angel! Dad went back to the hospital and is in a skilled nursing facility now… Both Sean and Michele have called me to check in… They helped me through one of the worst days of my life… a big thank you to them both!

This company is one of the absolute best out there. And God knows I tryed a few… My Uncle 85, extremely high strung, strong willed, just plain difficult and honorary… Resulted in having to change companies three times. He was recieving 16 hours of care from this company 7 days a week. I was extremely impressed by the patients of all the staff. Always respectful and compassionate of my uncle’s needs. The director’s and owner always checked to make sure his and my families needs where met at all times. Flexible when we needed to make changes and always on time. They went way above and beyond what I expected. The kind, gentle, and caring ways of all the staff that helped us was a breath of fresh air. Even when my Uncle Henry finnaly passed, I recieved more condolences from the care givers than my own family. This is a small family owned company that started do to the need of having good, affordable quality care for loved ones. I am truly grateful for all the staff helping me take care of him the past few months, sitting along side us while my uncle finally found peace and staying as long as we needed even after all was done. Thank you for all of your kindness, patience, and genuine concern for the well-​being of my uncle and my family. Words and 5 stars are not good enough…
