Dr. Carol Hollan is the first female, board-​certified plastic surgeon in San Diego County and she and her RN, Sally Seyler, have been working together for nearly 19 years. History

Established in 1985.

Dr. Hollan made the decision to become a plastic surgeon at the ripe old age of 6 at the suggestion of a family friend who saw her amazing artistic skills. After completing medical school in Florida, she moved to upstate New York where she opened a cardiac unit and became a board certified in family practice. She later moved to California to attend UCSD School of Medicine where she completed residencies in Orthopedic Surgery and Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Hollan opened her private practice in 1985 and became the first female plastic surgeon in San Diego County to become Board Certified in Plastic Surgery. In 2012, she opened a 2^nd office on the edge of downtown San Diego with her RN, Sally Seyler, to provide non-​surgical treatments in a friendly spa atmosphere.
