Avalon Lipo and Aesthetics

The staff here are great and very very thorough. Dr. Tirgari took the time to explain the procedure in a lot of detail and the everyone made us feel welcome. I would recommend Avalon Lipo to everyone. The attached medical spa is where a lot of my friends get their cosmetic services done and everyone raves about the place.

My experience at Avalon Aesthetics was wonderful from start to finish. Dr. Tirgari is incredibly knowledge, and at the same time approachable. He did an excellent job explaining the procedure to me and answered all of my questions. On the day of my procedure I felt very relaxed and confident. His whole team, from receptionists to nurses, is friendly and helpful. Most importantly I got exactly the results I wanted. After this, I’m considering some additional services and will definitely be contacting Dr. Tirgari’s office again.

I am a slim girl, and had lipo done on both my thighs and flanks. I was nervous that I would be judged due to not being hugely «over weight», but the Dr. made me feel completely comfortable and listened to all my concerns. Not to mention I went to a few consults and his price was only ¹⁄₃ of what other Dr.‘s were spitting out.
Dr.Reza Tirgari of course was the main reason why my experience was such a success. I would recommend him to anybody. I literally went to work AND school the next day & every day after for the remaining of the week. Don’t bother using any meds. stronger than Tylenol, you honestly won’t need it. I was nervous that having only a local anesthesia would be painful, but I hardly remember much.
The only issue I had was that one site bled longer than normal, but once again I went to school & work literally the next day and was extremely active, not allowing it to probably close up properly. Even with that being an issue, Dr. Tirgari was in constant contact and would review any photos I sent him. I’m so happy I chose this office. They seriously deserve all the positive attention they’ve receive. I was also very impressed to find a office where the Dr. is the one to not only go through his schedule with you, but to also be the one who discusses the finances.

I’ve had two lipo surgeries with Dr. Tirgari. I had the abdomen and waist done in March and he did my back this past October. Words can’t even describe how amazing my experience has been with Dr. Tirgari and his exceptional staff. I have been treated with nothing but kindness and professionalism since day one and it has been an incredible journey.
Now let’s talk about the results. All I can say is WOW!!! Never in a million years would I think that those pesky areas of fat would disappear. Even in my Army days when I was in top physical conditions, I always had that little gut that sticks out and those pesky love handles. Now they’re finally gone! And I no longer have that fat that rolls out from under my bra. Gone! I will post a before and after pic of the back so you can see for yourself. This pic is just 2 months after surgery.

I recently wrote a bad review regarding customer service over the phone at Avalon Lipo. Well I want to take my bad review back. Dr. Tirgari was such a gentleman for calling me back and apologizing for the bad customer service. At the end I decided to go for a consultation and I have nothing but great things to say about him and the office. He answered all my questions, gave me pricing, and gave me great recommendations. I completely trust his judgment and I can’t wait to get my lipo done by him. I recommend Dr. Tirgari without a doubt.

Dr. Tirgari has been great! The office is beautiful, clean, modern and the staff exceptionally professional and accommodating. The doctor was very patient when we went in for our consultation and he took his time explaining everything to make you feel comfortable. It was very refreshing compared with the other consultations we had in San Diego.

Hey guys. Update Update!!! Recovery was a breeze… Yes I still have some inflammation on my love handles and back but so far so good… Love Dr. Tirgari!!! As always my results where amazing… I had realistic expectations going in and as time passes my expectations are being surpassed so I am really happy… Note got to change your lifestyle as well. And it’s coming along great… Be sure to check out my updated pics… Note I am not completely healed and still have some hardening so there are lumps as to be expected until I fully heal.

I went to Avalon lipo in February and got my upper and lower abdomen lipo done. Dr tirgari was the most amazing doc I’ve seen! He was very friendly and informative !! The lipo is absolutely amazing and I get compliments constantly about how good I look !! The nurses are fantastic and it was an easy experience !! The recovery was a cinch too ! Please look to Avalon for all your cosmetic needs !!!

Dr. Tirgari is so knowledgeable and his staff is wonderful, from the front desk to the technicians that perform the services.
I first started going for lazer hair removal and lazer facials. Then I decided to get their deep lazer face peel for sun damage and skin texture. I think it’s called a CO2 peel. Wow. What a difference in my skin. Forget chemical peels. If you want results, get their CO2 peel.
After the peel, I wanted to plump up my laugh lines. Dr. Tirgari performed the Juviderm injections himself and unlike the other doctors I’ve used before, he didn’t try to rip me off with the amount of Juviderm I needed and even saved some for future touch ups. Talk about integrity. The results are great and I didn’t bruise at all which is common for my fair skin type.

I brought my aunt for her first ever lipo with Dr. Tirgari and 2 months later we are very pleased. She is now fitting into clothes she hasn’t worn for years. Wow.
Dr. Tirgari and his staff have all been terrific. We would not hesitate to come back.

My Mom who just turned 60 has been looking into having a chin lift done due to the sagging area under her jaw. I have had cosmetic surgery in 2005 with Dr. Pietraszek and Mom went to him first to discuss a chin lift. I felt that she needed to get a second opinion and may be she should look into lipo, as it might be safer and more cost effective. I found Dr. Tirgari on Unilocal and from the great reviews I scheduled a consultation. His med spa office is located in the heart of Bankers Hill next to Cucina Urbana.
I was happy to know that this group does not do General Anesthesia, which to me is an old practice of «Business as Usual». I don’t understand why some of these cosmetic surgeons would risk their patient’s life with heavy drugs to do a procedure that should be done slowly and gently. Local Anesthesia provides for a safer and faster recovery.
You can tell when speaking to Dr. Tirgari that he is health conscious and from his caring nature, that he truly cares about the patient and the experience. Dr. Tirgari and his staff were very helpful answering all of our questions and explaining the procedure that we decided to schedule the procedure with him.

When I saw that Dr. Tirgari was on here, I just had to comment. I went with my mom for her liposuction consult and was her «ride» both to and from her procedure.
I can say that any anxieties we had beforehand were pretty much over in the first 10 minutes. We both felt really comfortable and felt like she would be in good hands.
So, it’s been about 2 months after her procedure and mom is very, very happy. And I have to say I’m pretty happy too. Other than some itching around the lipo incisions, there haven’t been any problems. I would totally go back to him again. He and his office staff have been absolutely great!

Dr. Tirgari and Avalon Lipo were recommended by my best friend and we have both had our liposuction done here. I like that the Dr spends time with you and is one of the nicest doctors that I have ever met. Our results have been great and the recovery was faster than either of us expected.
He treats you like a good friend. Excellent bedside manner and very talented. I have already recommend him to others looking to get their lipo done.

If I could give a place 10 stars, this would be the place. The Dr. is a liposuction miracle worker. I could go on and on about his professionalism. His staff rock too. Even though I live in Carlsbad, it was well worth the drive to come down here.
In the first few minutes of talking with him, I felt that he was the real deal. He explains the procedure really well and tells you realistically what to expect. When it came to doing a 2^nd body area, I didn’t expect someone to say «I could do it for you, but I don’t think that you need it» — but he did and he explained why. It made sense and that probably made the biggest impression.
It is now 3 months after the procedure and my thighs look toned and slim. Nobody can tell I had anything done which is the best part. I’m glad I got my lipo done here.
