Christopher Alexander Salon

I’ve been seeing Teresa Quintana Espinoza for a number of years and she recently moved to Christopher Alexander Salon. The salon is really nice. It’s open, colorful, and comfortable. Alex is really nice and very hospitable. Teresa is the best! She does a beautiful job on my hair every time. She listen to what I want, makes very good suggestions and has an incredible skill set. I get my hair highlighted (sometimes we two different colors), colored, and cut. Everything she does is fantastic. If you need a new stylist, she is highly recommended.

Great experience and great cut! New, ultra-​chic, modern setting with Alex, the owner and stylist, who was laidback, friendly and skilled with his shears. Just like another reviewer, I was the only one in the salon at the time, which made the experience extra serene.
I found out about this salon through Groupon. I waited until less than two weeks before the expiration date to make an appointment, but Alex still let me use the deal even though I wasn’t able to book a timeslot before the expiration date. Thank you!

Very friendly people working here. I bought a Groupon and was happy with the customer service while making the appointment and the courtesy call the day before the appointment. I thought I was going to get Alex since he was the person who called me but I got Maryssa when I showed up to the appointment. She was very nice and did a good job on my hair. Loved the friend atmosphere and the glass of wine! :)

Alex is the best! I love, love, love his passion for his profession, style and making you look fabulous! He listens and asks questions. Information sharing is important to Alex. It helps him to create a vision which allows him to work his magic in a tranquil environment and send you out the door looking gorgeous! I love the style, color and bit of sassy that he gives my hair. All of this and a glass of wine? How perfect is that? Alex knows his stuff! Give him a try. You will love his work and him. What a gem!

I went last week on a groupon and I must say I adore Alex. He has this chic new salon with plenty of parking and he has wine! Holla!!! My hair was a hot mess and I explained to him what I wanted and it came out gorgeous. My cut and highlights were da bomb!!! The man is a genius :) He is so friendly, personable and has amazing talent. I highly recommend him! It’s was a very peaceful environment, not alot of chatty people around as he works on folks one at a time so he can devote his greatness to you!!!

Bought a groupon at a great price and was excited to use it. I get very anxious cutting my hair because almost all hair stylist I have gone to cut too much of my hair off. When I finally wanted to make an appointment it was impossible. We played phone tag for a while. When I finally made an appointment he was a no show. I waited 30 minutes and received for phone call from him as to why. It’s been 3 weeks and I still have not heard from him. It is not an issue as to if he has my phone number because he called a day before confirming the appointment for the following day. This whole process was so frustrating.

I’ve been a faithful client of Alex’s for over two years now, and as I’ve repeated to many people before: I won’t let anyone else touch my hair! His haircuts are consistently awesome and his color and highlights are on point.
Most importantly, Alex has a way of knowing what I want and executing it perfectly. I’m one of the most annoying types of client, in that I’ll go in with a picture that looks nothing like my hair or with a really vague description of what I want. Like the time I said I wanted «color not from the root but like not ombré» or most recently «a bob that’s not short like a bob and textured but not all steppy»
Alex always seems to know what I want, and he’s creative while still frequently checking in with me to make sure I’m happy. And I always am happy! My hair is complimented all the time, and the cuts grow out so beautifully it takes me months to return with my ragged head and long list of requests: P Each and every time the result has been gorgeous and better than I imagined.

I first found out about this place by purchasing a Groupon and have been going back to Alex since. He does great job at everything (color, highlights, cut, & styling). I am constantly getting compliments on my hair. He uses quality products too. The salon has great classy modern décor. I’m always offered water or wine upon arrival, which a very nice extra touch.
