Definitely one of my go to dessert shops. The cake batter ice cream gets me to come back each time! I usually get a kids which is more than enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. I always get cake batter ice cream with a piece of cookie dough. Haha. It’s pricey ice cream shop, but you honestly pay for quality.

If you are going to close early please note it. Drove all the way to the location for it to be closed an hour and 10 minutes early. I understand it might be a slow night but if you don’t honor your opening hours, customers can’t come here trusting it to be open. Do the employees decide when to close or does the management just not care?

The shop is clean and has kind people helping you good serving way better then the coldstones in the Bay Area! I like getting the like it size cause there ice cream fills me up faster then others you will like the location and the fast pace and urgency or workers when there is a line.

I went in here on Christmas to pick up ice cream. The service was phenomenal. I was getting ice cream for my 5 year old niece(along with the rest of my family) and she had ordered an ice cream flavor that wasn’t available, and the staff was very patient while I put in some orders and called home and talked to her on the phone. The two workers that helped us were Jackie B. and Alvin(according to the name tags), and I was amazed at how friendly and patient they were considering that they were working on Christmas(). Just because of them I will come back, and I will be hoping they are working. Merry Christmas!

I’ve been coming here occasionally since I was little and it never was my favorite ice cream place(Rite Aid’s chocolate malted crunch is my all time fave). The prices are pretty high and can especially add up if you’re getting a bigger cup or adding more mix-ins. Some of my favorites are cake batter, mint(I appreciate how they have mint without chocolate chips!), and oatmeal cookie. My sister always goes for the cotton candy. Their pre-made creation combinations and ice cream cakes are good as well. Customer service here is okay. They’re not rude, nor extremely helpful, but they get the job done. My only complaint is that the ice creams are incredibly sweet. I’ve never been able to finish a small cup from here!

I’ve only been to cold stone twice, and both times I’m disappointed at the taste of the ice-cream. It’s all just a show. The ice-cream is way too pricy, and a little too rich for my taste. I definitely prefer Baskin Robbins!

I used to love cold stones and would go all the time for there banana ice cream and make my favorite combination ice cream and I go in today and they tell me there is no more banana Ice cream! It’s discontinued so disappointed. My ice cream doesn’t taste the same. #ripbananaicecream

Our favorite ice creamery ever! Our usual favorites are Cookie Mintster for me, Birthday Cake Remix for 16 yr old daughter, kid size chocolate with M&M for 4 year old and for my husband Peanut Butter Cup perfection substitute Oatmeal ice cream instead of chocolate!!! Yummy!!! Consistently great.

Who doesn’t like ice cream?! Birthday cake remix is sooo good. They mix up cake batter ice cream with rainbow sprinkles, brownie and fudge. $ 6 for a small but it fills me right up.

Sheridan took EXCELLENT care of us. We made a day before decision to get a Red Velvet w/Cake Batter Ice Cream cake for our son’s birthday. Unfortunately, the cake maker wasn’t taking orders and my only option was a ready to take cake in the freezer, so I took a gamble on that, and I was a tad bit nervous picking it up the day of the party(literally 20 minutes before the party as Cold Stone opened at 11am.) I pre-paid for the cake, and as promised, they had it all ready as soon as my hubby went to pick it up when their doors opened. The actual cake was perfect — not too sweet and the kids LOVED it! Some asked for seconds. I’m so very happy that we did the Large round ice cream cake($ 35 including tax) they said it served 14 ppl, but we cut smaller slices and had leftovers for a party of 25 people.

How could you go wrong with ice cream or cake at Cold Stone? They have great original flavors and you can create your own concoctions. This is located in a perfect spot. Close to shopping areas and food courts. Have a meal and then go here for dessert. They always have great customer service. I recommend this place.

Tried to go here on the night of May 15, 2015 and there was a hand written sign on the door saying they closed at 9pm just for the night. There was also no reason stating why. I am a very consistent coldstone customer and when you drive out of your way to pay them your money you would expect them to be open happily awaiting to satisfy you. This location does not. It says on their Unilocal they close at 10pm as well as on the hours sign on their door that they close at 10pm. At the very least you could put why you decided to close at 9pm on the sign! You’ve just lost a customer cold stone.

You can never go wrong with Cold Stone Ice Cream. Yes, it’s a chain and a bit pricey but it’s a must in this area for dessert(with it being around so many food places: Rubios, Daphne’s, etc). It’s also right across the street from Edwards Cinema, so it’s a perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth before you catch a movie! Their menu is a bunch of different creations that include a variety of mix-ins for almost every ice cream flavor they have. You can also create your own! My usual is rocky road mixed with brownies AND malt powder. yes, I said malt powder. Sooo gooood! Their ice cream is also made IN-store which I think is really really awesome! As for service, be prepared to wait! Mind you, they are creating YOUR genius masterpiece by hand! Sometimes the ice cream maker can go a little overboard and can over-mix the ice cream making it some weird soupy creation, but you can always ask them to mix it to your liking! Overall, you can never go wrong with treating yourself and Cold Stone steps it up a notch from your average ice cream shop!

One of the classic places to get real ice cream, but definitely can get quite expensive depending on what you order. If you want to go cheap, you’re better off buying a carton of ice cream at the grocery store. But I do think it is really awesome that they hand mix your ice cream when you choose one of the signature creations like it was craft ice cream. I chose The Pie Who Loved Me It was around $ 7-$ 8 for a medium sized ice cream serving. It comes with cheesecake ice cream, oreo cookies, graham cracker pie crusts and fudge. I mean, it was delicious, but that price though… Would like to come back one day and try their other signature creations.

My daughter and I came here for ice cream of course. Service was pretty slow, but they are hand making your ice cream, so there is going to be a bit of a wait no matter what. Our ice cream guy gave us extra ice cream which was pretty sweet. The biggest drawback here is that there are no public restrooms.

The ice cream is the only reason people go here. If you want to indulge in some extremely unhealthy, delicious dessert that will hit the spot, sure, Coldstone is your place. For the price I’d rather buy a pint of something at the store, but once in a while Coldstone is good because of the variety. People don’t go here expecting quality customer service, which is about right. It’s a bunch of high-school age kids who work here and couldn’t give a crap about who comes in or doesn’t. My experience seems to be consistent with that of other reviewers. My particular complaint is about their not accepting mobile coupons(no shame in my game, BOGO is a good deal!). It has to be a printout? That’s annoying, especially when these days all other business accept a legitimate coupon on a phone. Judging by another review, they don’t accept even when there is a printout, which is just crappy customer service. But seriously, I don’t think those teenagers care.

HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! Printed out coupon at fed ex for my husbands bday. Was supposed to be buy one get one free. We walk in and were not greeted. They basically refused to accept the coupon. I will be contacting the manager and corporate. This location can’t keep treating customers bad and get away with it. The attitude of the girl with brown hair brown eyes in poinytail was very bad. The employees were not even working. There was nobody in there at all. They didn’t wanna serve us. Suddenly we walked in and they were putting on aprons and hats. Lol I will never return to this location

Maybe 2 stars for my no fair funnel cake? But the ice cream was good. Had a funnel cake for brunch at the Del Mar Fair for breakfast that day, yummy! Went to Cold Stone for some ice cream that night, surprised to see this«no fair funnel cake» on the menu so we gave it a shot. Bad idea… saw them putting the dough in the microwave for like 1 minute, and then topped with some ice cream, whipped cream, and strawberry jam. The dough was cold and hard, meh… ice cream was good though. The strawberry jam was very sour. Will never order it again.

There are 20 Ice Cream Signature Creations to choose from. My personal favorite is their Peanut Butter Cup Perfection, Chocolate Ice Cream with Peanut Butter, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup and Fudge. They also have cakes, cupcakes and Ice cream sandwiches, shakes and smoothies, yogurt and sorbet. I still have yet to try their other products. The staff is friendly and patient with customers who just can’t seem to make up their mind, ugh!!! There is not a lot of tables and seating inside the store but there is a common seating area where all the stores around share. Parking area is shared with the other stores and restaurants and it gets a little too crowded.
