We are a «Farm to Cup» style mobile smoothie/​juice shop. We provide health conscious options to special events, farmers markets and festivals! We specialize in fresh juices smoothies, bowls and coconuts … no syrups, sweeteners or syrups … come taste how delicious nature’s rainbow is!

Our current schedule is:

Wednesday 3−7pm at Carlsbad Farmers Market

Friday 11am-1:30pm at Kearny Mesa Farmers Market

Sunday 12−5pm at Solana Beach Farmers Market

History

Established in 2011.

Founded in 2011 we opened our doors with simply coconuts and have since built strong relationships with local farmers to expand our menu to include fresh juices, smoothies and bowls. Our mission is to bring nature to you, improve your health, support and spread the health conscious word to our community.

We specialize in setting up shop at farmers markets and festivals, but also offer catering for any special occasion, ask us about our Coconut Package for your special day!

From playful parties, birthdays, corporate luncheons, fundraisers, and weddings of all themes and budgets. We serve up nature in a cup or coconut to keep the guests entertained for that added special touch.

Business Owner

As a certified raw food chef and health advocate, I have a strong appreciation and love for coconuts and anything that grows from the ground. I wanted to create a health conscious friendly environment to share my knowledge and passion with others. Spreading health and wellness to my community is my primary mission in life. Paramahansa Yogananda once said, «Reform yourself and you reform thousands.» I believe that by achieving optimum health and improving the quality of your life, then you also improve the quality of life for others all around you. I strive to bring our community the most natural healthful options fresh from mother earth and hope you enjoy!

Melinda retired from corporate citizenship and started Conscious Coconuts in 2011.

Melinda is a thinker, a risk taker, a dreamer, a lover and raw food appreciator.
