Two people apparently work at this shop. Poor communication after I purchased a $ 1300 piece of furniture and needed to arrange delivery. After calling 5 different days, at different times during business hours and leaving 2 messages I heard back from them. When I complained how difficult it was to get a hold of them, the owners acted rudely, and implied they had gone out of their way. They did offer to install a hole for wires in the back of the piece, which I very much appreciated, but the woman owner said was no problem. Piece was scratched upon arrival, and I wasn’t sure if it was «the look», after the delivery person called them to double check, the owner said he’d «never had such a hassle», was very short with me and just yelled at me to send it back for a refund. Delivery was not free (75 $), and at 7pm on a friday not convenient either, but I was worried about getting it after not being able to get in touch with them. Will not shop here again.
