Contract Carpet

Very happy with the carpet we just have had installed by Contract Carpet. We started by getting three quotes (one at Costco) and initially they seemed very close in cost. We then started looking at carpet options. We were very happy with the options available at Contract Carpet. They had high quality samples in many color options. We even then had the same exact carpet quoted by one of the other stores and CC beat the quote.
On installation day, Adam and Oscar showed up early (which was great for me) and handled the install with excellence. My (picky) husband was sure they wouldn’t clean up the floor before the new pad was laid down. He was thrilled when I told him they had swept and cleaned all surfaces before putting down the pad and new carpet. There were just a few nicks in a wall or two but very little touch up needed and we had just installed brand new white trim.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier and appreciate Josh and the staff. Would highly recommend them to friends and family.

After a recommendation from Above and Beyond Carpet Care, (Following a number of dubious experiences with other flooring companies) we met with Contract Carpet and were quite impressed. That was just the start.
We ordered a vinyl plank flooring for our kitchen and dining area. Not only is the product great but more importantly the installation was OUTSTANDING! The crew was very impressive and super professional unlike others I have encountered. Would trust them with my home any time! They will have all out business in the future. They took care to honor our home and were exampled of professionalism! If you are considering flooring do not walk… but run to Contract Carpet!

I have used Contract Carpets twice now and would highly recommend them. Professional, helpful, and the nicest of people. Getting my house done was easy and affordable.

These guys are fantastic! I was in a pinch to get carpet in a rental unit. Tenants were moving in the next weekend, so only had about a week to get carpet ordered and installed. I stopped by Contract Carpet to see what they had as they are in my neighborhood. I first spoke to Steve at the store who was very helpful in showing me samples similar to a sample I brought in. Plus he was able to squeeze me in for a carpet measurement the next day! The carpet samples I picked were a bit too high for my budget but I had a look that I really wanted to stick with. The next day I spoke to Josh on the phone as Steve had the day off. I explained my time crunch and budget then e-​mailed a picture of the carpet texture/​color I was looking for. Josh found one to fit the design and budget within a couple hours! I stopped by the next morning to look at the sample. It looked great so ordered it, Josh and Stacy was able to expedite carpet to arrive and be installed within my week deadline. Installation went smooth and carpet looks great. If you are purchasing flooring forget the chain stores and hire these guys! Great product, great service and you get to work with a people who want to help you versus getting caught up in automated system waiting for responses.

no gimmicks, great service, professional job and quality products. I came in and needed a two day turn around for carpet in my new house. I came in and the Steve was able to go to my house for measurements at that moment. He showed me some middle of the line carpet by stainmaster at $ 42/​yd, I was hesitant and also shopped Empire Carpet as well. I was not happy with their carpet quality or their pushy salespeople, so I came back to CC and they were able to get the carpet I wanted at the time I wanted it in. The guys came in and the install was perfect, no issues and it looks even more beautiful than I could imagine. Josh at CC followed up and I expressed how satisfied I was with the whole process and customer service. I will be back for more carpet soon!

We stopped in Contract Carpet and met Josh, today. Goodness what a refreshing experience! Josh knows carpet and the minutest of details that would usually wind up causing dissatisfaction after installation, when it would be too late. If you cherish the rare moments of contracting with a highly competent, even artisanal, professional, you must check in with Contract Carpet before you stop at some «big box» type carpet store. Many of these moments happened with Josh, but the best was his willingness to take time to figure out some small measurements that would matter to no one else in the world but us. Thank you, Josh, and we’ll be seeing you again soon!

Josh spent a lot of time helping us… Going above and beyond. This caliber of customer service is really impressive as he knew we were not building in this area and thus, wouldn’t be purchasing through him, but he still spent time patiently helping us find the perfect carpet. The store has great wood floor samples and window treatment samples. They also do bathroom renovations! Talk about a great company.

I couldn’t imagine buying carpet or flooring from anyone else than the Dixon family. Contract Carpet installed 2 rooms of wall to wall carpeting and hardwood in our entry and living room. They did excellent work and have great installers. Love the results. Also had custom size area rugs made from carpet they sell. They look great as well. While we worked primarily with Josh, everyone we dealt with provided the best customer service.

Terrible customer support– not enough knowledge of their products
Rude– I called before going in and asked if I needed to setup appointment but said no need to. When I showed up, the manager was rude and said he didn’t have time to help. Only asked for his help because his assistant had no clue to what they sold and had or any knowledge of their products. I asked if they had more than one grade of padding and he got offended at the question. Didnt make sense at all. He must have been having a bad day, but really don’t be interracting with customer when you are in that awful of a mood or train your helpers a bit before you get them on the floor.

I can’t say enough nice things about Contract Carpet and their staff. This is the real deal and something that’s increasingly scarce: A true family-​owned business where the sons work for the father, using their own crews (NO contractors!) and taking the utmost care with their work and their customers. Yeah, you may be able to save a few bucks with another firm but maybe not. Their prices are competitive and the value you get is extraordinary. We used them to replace a wood floor that had failed with tile. It was not a huge job, less than 5 figures, yet Josh, Nick and their crew went out of their way, time and again, for us. The crew worked hard, respected our space and Josh wouldn’t accept a penny of my money until more than a week after the job was complete and they’d come out (at their cost) twice to tend to relatively minor fixes. Stop looking around, drive to either Contract Carpet and hire these guys. You’ll thank them (and me) later. And while you’re there, tell them to update their logo. I almost took off a star it’s so damn ugly.

Went back for two rooms of carpet. Scored some very nice stuff.
Josh took good care of things from scheduling through to the after-​install follow-​up. I was working with a short deadline and he met it with no problem.
Crew polite and did a near flawless job of installing the carpet. Later I noticed the closet guides were not installed.
Right after the job was complete, Josh called. He asked if things went well. Before I could mention the guides, he brought up that he’d forgotten to include the closet door guides as I’d requested. Then he came out — at my convenience– to install them. Himself.
Integrity.
And top quality carpet.
Can’t go wrong here.

From the moment you walk in you feel comfortable. Nick came out and measured my house for what I need — so friendly, and courteous. After we ordered the carpet — I realized I had picked the wrong color (entirely my fault) — and with no questions asked Josh made the change on the order. The day of installation everyone was on time, in and out in less than two hours. Incredible, personable experience — hard to find these days. Pricing was perfect and nice to know there’s lifetime warranty on installation.

I cannot say enough good things about Contract Carpet. I was trying to find a remnant piece of carpet to patch into our closet, and kept getting nowhere with big carpet companies that didn’t want to take the time to help someone when they would profit so little. One call to Contract Carpet and they had me come in with my piece and look at what they had. They then had me leave the piece so they could go through their entire inventory to see if anything fit. Finally, they gave me carpet and carpet pad for free, and refused to take my money. Knowing how caring and thorough they are, I would absolutely take my business to them rather than a place like America’s Best Carpet for a future huge order. America’s Best (and other big companies) refused to help me match my carpet despite the fact that they had sold me thousands of dollars of carpet for my home a few months ago.
