Description

Specialties

Hand crafted cocktails and Regional American Cuisine are just the beginning of the authentic 1800’s experience you’ll have. Be on the lookout for Old Town’s Mayor, Snidely Whiplash or the Minister of Libations; you never know who you can trust in the old west…

History

Established in 2010.

From the great Juan Bandini who lost the property in a poker bet to the Seeley Family that revived it, the history of the Cosmopolitan Hotel and Restaurant is rooted in a rich California tradition of the wild west.

Set in the 1800’s the Cosmo has been restored to its original glory; a project that has spanned nearly 3 years and been topic of great exitement for all of San Diego.
