Coverall of San Diego

I am very happy with the way Coverall handles their customers and the Franchise owners. They have re vamped the company and are on top of things. Coverall is the pioneer of Health Based Cleaning and I believe they have the most innovating and cutting edge cleaning service around. I do know they made a lot of changes and have implementing more training for the whole company. My motto is you get what you pay for. Most people will go with the lowest bid and usually within a couple of months they figure out they made a huge mistake and figure out sometimes its worth it to pay a little more for great services. I believe in Coverall and I highly recommend them. I have done a lot of research on this company and they are legit and professional.

I agree with everything that natasha k had to say. I am embarrassed to say that we even used the service. Additionally, when we were not able to get the cleaning done correctly and at the desired time, they (contact person was Sean Petersen) did nothing to help resolve the issue. When we tried to cancel our service they played the contract card (which is strongly written in their favor and very difficult to get out of). They are trying to penalize us for the cost of a years service. Exceptionally unethical company at every level. STAY AWAY!!!

Horrible! They trick poor people into the franchises, take more than half the money and then expect them to do a good job, basically a form of slavery. I’d hire someone who comes out a bids a job and that is the person cleaning. These companies send out a slick salesperson to butter you up over and over telling you how wonderful they are and then as soon as you sign up they’re gone and you have a new «contact person» and they are soon gone as well. I will never hire another franchise company for janitorial again.
