I love Karin! Its great to deal with a house cleaner that actually cares about your property. I’ve never had her work in my personal home, just my vacation/​long term furnished rental. This last time, after tenants who gave the impression of being neat freaks left, Karin arrived at a house dirtier and grosser than it had ever been. She worked her butt off that day (and into the night) to get it ready for the new buyer’s walk through the next day.
She did such a fantastic job that I got a note from the new owner thanking me for leaving the house in such great condition. The new owner had seen the house with the tenants in it and knew how bad it was (it was so bad I felt guilty and I didn’t even make the mess). But Karin cleaned it to where I could have eaten off the floor and I felt a lot better.
Karin listens to what you say and want and if she’s not clear she’ll send you a text to clarify instead of just doing what she wants. I find her rates very affordable, especially for the excellent job she does. If I was made of money or won the lottery I’d have her clean my house every week!
