History

Established in 2014.

Crossroad Athletics started with a purpose: run leagues with an attention to detail that is unheard of in most all sports leagues. Our softball league from day one has featured write ups on games weekly on our blog, pictures of game action weekly on our Instagram page, a mission-​event where we package 2,000 meals for starving children around the world. The goal: a phenomenal experience and atmosphere for all participants.

Our beginner bootcamps feature certified personal trainers and an encouraging atmosphere that focuses on results and a good time.

We are a Christian-​based non-​profit and try to find the path of where a Christian walk and sports intersect. However, our leagues are open to all and are completely sports-​oriented.

I played in the Summer league and had a lot of fun. The competition was good and the atmosphere was friendly. I’m looking forward to playing the Fall season with this organization. I also liked how the league packaged 2,000 meals for starving children. I was cool that we got the chance to give back while playing softball!!!

I like CRA. I always looked forward to playing on Saturday mornings but I loved the people even more. Good people here who always pick each other up no matter what team they’re on. I loved the outreach event as well and hopefully there will be more in the future. I’ll see you guys in the fall!

I participated in Crossroad Athletics’ softball league, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to play! I’ve been in several different leagues over the years, and Crossroads is my favorite. There is a range of talent from former college stars to people who are over the top excited when a ball falls into their glove. Those with more talent will not be disappointed, while those playing more for fun will experience exactly that. The teams are well-​balanced. What I love most is that the atmosphere is way more positive than any other league I’ve participated in. Additionally, I think it’s awesome that there is a community service/​outreach component brought to the fields once each season. This past season, Crossroads partnered with Children of the Nation and packaged meals to be distributed to hungry children around the world. What other sports league does that?!!
I hear Crossroads Athletics also does basketball and boot camps. I’ll be looking into those as well.
One last thing I forgot to mention… they are way cheaper than other leagues! Better league + better price = perfect league for me!
