Cartridge Warehouse of SD has helped me for years, dating back to when they had a different name and were located closer to my home office in West Clairemont. HOWEVER, because «They Rock» and have consistently polite and high quality service and policies (and GREAT PRICES), I drive to the god-​forsaken intersection near Kaiser to visit them behind the Arby’s.
I know they have a van and do deliveries, but me going to visit them is my contribution to keep their overhead low and them supported. Love our locally owned businesses!
I never have to beg or bicker or hold them to their word; their concern, feedback/​advice, policies are very very customer oriented, and I always leave pleased. FIVE STARS x many years !

I could write paragraphs about Cartridge Warehouse but nobody would read all the way thru it. So in a nutshell, they’re awesome! Incredible customer service and same day delivery on most everything. He has serviced our printers as part of the deal and bailed me out in a pinch on multiple occasions, even giving me a brand new printer on loan while he fixed mine so I wouldn’t have any downtime. Today he had a toner cartridge to me within 15 minutes of getting my email knowing we have the tax deadline looming.

My printer ran out of ink and I called and spoke to Joe and they had exactly what I needed in stock. He told me that he would be out to deliver to my office within the hour. A1 spectacular service!

I love this place. I save lots of money and it’s super convenient. The guys that work there are really helpful and have given me great printer recommendations as well as troubleshooting tips.

My Go-​To for all my printer ink needs!
I was looking around for a local company that would be able to help me save some money on my ink. We go through a lot of ink at work and was noticing that even buying HP at Costco, it was really cutting into my budget. After some searching, I found these guys. They are always helpful, very curious, and happy to help me with any issues. Once in a blue moon, I’ve gotten a cartridge that wouldn’t work, or seemed to go empty too early. They were always happy to replace the cartridge with absolutely no issues. They give you credit for recycling old cartridges too! Support your local business and try them out! You won’t be disappointed.

Fine refills, had one that didn’t work which they replaced. They are all knowing in the printer/​scanner business. Could not recommend them more!

Great service, but the price of inkjet #60 was not what I expected. It was only $ 2 less than the original HP 60 at Walmart. Next time I will just buy it from Walmart. Atleast I will have the original ink.

I called all over town looking for a place that could refill (or had cheap, working replacements) for my Canon Pixma Pro 9000 printer’s cartridges for Photo Cyan and Green, colors that most other places didn’t have. I called this place and not only were they open, but they knew what they were talking about and had exactly what I needed (without having to transfer me to 10 different departments like at some of the big chain stores I’d called).
The cartridges I needed cost $ 10.99 ($ 18 at Staples and Office Depot), AND they give you a $ 1 discount when you bring in your old cartridge, so it ended up being about $ 20 when it would have cost over $ 35 at Staples of Office Depot. The guy working was really friendly and knowledgeable and had no trouble finding the items I needed. I just popped the cartridges in and they work great. I will definitely be going back there!

Had a great experience here and wanted to share this find I made today. In a jam needed ink for a Cannon Printer none of the office stores carried the specific ink I needed called Cartridge World up and not only did they have my ink in stock they let me know my printer had a compatible ink I could buy that was HP brand. Long story short I went in they remembered my call had the ink ready and I saved a bundle. James the sales associate and his co-​worker were very kind to me and the buying process was quick and painless. If you’re in a jam and need ink this is the place to come for help!

I had an issue with receiving the wrong cartridge –mismarked box. I had to make a few trips to the store which I was not happy about but once the owner recognized what happened, he made a surprise visit to my office in La Jolla and personally delivered not 1 but 3 cartridges for free! As a business owner, I appreciate him stepping up and giving great customer service.

I called and went in several months ago because they had an expensive and somewhat hard to locate laser toner cartridge at a reasonable price with a great warranty. They said they would stand behind the product. It is a high yield cartridge as we do tonnes of volume, so we tried them and now months later we are still super happy.

All I can say is wow! From the first time I called in about 2 years ago, till now, I have been blown away with the customer service Joe and his staff have displayed. Always courteous and professional in every aspect. Not only have they saved our company hundreds of dollars annually, but they deliver our replacement cartridges with a smile.
I get a few cold calls every month about toner replacement, cartridges, etc., and all I say is, «There is no way you could beat my vendor!»
I recommend this company to anyone or any business in need of replacement ink/​toner cartridges.

Joe saved the day!
Our toner ran out yesterday. I had placed an order with the company we usually order from, 2 days earlier, and the toner had not arrived yet. I called to follow up, and they had no record of the order. So I start calling shops all over San Diego to see if they had the toner for our particular copier/​printer (Muratec. Have you heard of it? I sure hadn’t.)
Lo and behold, Cartridge World was the only place that had it. Joe said he’d check the stock and call me back — which he did in literally 5 minutes. I drove out there (they do deliveries, but I was on a time crunch), was in and out of the store in about 5 minutes, with 2 toners for less than $ 40.
I later heard back from another company that said they could special order the toner, for $ 75. Too late! (And too much money, geez!)
Joe is extremely friendly and really helped me out when I was in a bind. I look forward to bringing more business his way.

What can I say, I’m a sucker for specialty shops like this. Especially for something like printer ink cartridges, which when «Low» fill me with dread and a sense of cosmic existential crisis.
Hint: Bring in the cartridge (or its box) that you need replaced.

I’ve only been here twice; both times were great.
The first time, I was expecting to wait while my old cartridges were refilled, especially since my inkjet color printer is 13 years old. But they had cartridges ready to go and exchanged them in only a few seconds.
Since I don’t use my printer much, the nozzles tend to clog. The second time I went into the store, I brought in a cartridge with clogged nozzles. They not only cleared them for me for FREE, but taught me how to do it myself at home.
Great service, great people, great products, great prices. What more do you want?
